The room was nice, the property was clean, easy check in and out.
The walls/floor are very thin and you can hear other people speaking in normal volume in adjoining rooms clearly. You can also hear walking upstairs very clearly. Both nights people came in after the bars closed and there was a lot of crashing, stomping and loud voices for a while.

Good location with a Costa and several supermarkets at just a few minutes' drive. Fresh fruit and mini muffins available in the lobby. Shared bathrooms were spotless. Right next to the Jacobite train, if it had been running.
People in the front garden could look straight into our room, so we had to choose between sunlight or privacy.
Extremely noisy, you can hear any time someone walks upstairs or uses of of the nearby bathrooms.
Shared bathroom, but that's our fault for not reading the listing correctly.

Clean and comfortable with a good shower (in a shared bathroom) and in a good location
As others have mentioned in reviews the walls are paper thin so you hear everything from your neighbours. The rooms could do with some soundproofing. If you are sensitive to noise be aware .
