The bed is comfy.
We are in Room 23 the heater is out dated. And the heater at the toilet is not working at all. We ask help from the reception he said he don’t know how to operate.

Great place to stay, ideal location. Beautiful view of the mountains. Everything you need!

It was a full scale hotel room in the name of a Lodge room, Felt it had everything from private parking to very courteous staff and a warm room on a frosty night.
Nothing.. It was just perfect
8.0 / 10.0
room was clean and comfortable. Location was great as it's near the high street and parking was available at the building. A good base to explore Fort Williams and travel up to the likes of Glenfinnan or down to Glencoe.
The separate toilets from the rooms was a surprise but still was happy with the private toilets.

Safe and cosy. Great for a one night stay. Lovely staff.
Car park entry was a bit tight for a large car. Just something to think about if you’re travelling in a big car.

I had small issue with my room but the manager was fantastic and totally resolved the problem

good restaurant in the building
our bathroom albeit dedicated to our room was across the hallway
5.0 / 10.0
Friendly staff who were pleasant on arrival, with private parking available. Room was very clean. Location was excellent, very central.
Slightly cramped room behind reception which made it loud overnight with people coming in (and staff). We were in an accessible room (not requested) which meant the bathroom was functional but with no added touches (same with the main bedroom). The bed was small and very soft. The room had everything you needed, apart from a hair dryer, but nothing additional. It was an expensive hotel for the size of the room and limited facilities (although I will admit it was comparable to the costs of other hotels in the area).

We really enjoyed our stay! Great option if you come by car since there’s a parking space.

Convenient to Jacobite Steam train in Fort William.
Their description says private bathroom and the picture looked fine but I should have read the reviews more closely. What they didn't describe was that your private bathroom is across the public hallway. Not a good deal for the inconvenience. No hair dryer anywhere in room or bathroom. We lived with for overnight but I would have been very unhappy if we had booked this for more than one night.

Easy to get to and extremely friendly staff.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the main pedestrian downtown. Be prepared for the very steep climb up. There was room in the parking lot for our car, and there are also two car parks across the road. The rooms were clean and included daily cleaning.
I felt that this was advertised as a hostel, but it did not have the amenities of a hostel. There was a dark lounge with two small tables, but this was used for storage and piles of bedsheets.
We had two rooms, each with a double bed. The rooms were extremely cramped. They were listed as having closet and clothing storage but instead had one small metal rack.
We paid more for this three-day stay than any of our other accommodations, including full apartments in Edinburgh and Stirling. It was essentially a very expensive and run down hotel.
Hikers finishing the West Highland Way would enjoy having a bed and shower, but for tourists this is over-priced for what it is. In the future I would rent an apartment in a neighboring town that is less touristy.

Free parking and in city center. Surrendered by nice shops and restaurants.
Room is too small for us to put our luggages and not value for money.

The location was perfect and the staff was exceptional the cleaning staff were very nice. The manager on the other hand was uncaring and unprofessional
We had no idea we would not have a bathroom within our room! The description stated private bathroom I don’t consider a bathroom across a public hallway private. It was terrible. I’ve never seen anything like it. We paid good money for facilities that were more like a youth hostel

Excellent location.

Basic but entirely satisfactory room and facilities a couple of minutes walk from the middle of Fort William. Friendly staff on arrival and departure.
Some noise outside overnight but to be expected given the central location.

Great location and lovely and clean, comfortable beds
Parking was a slight issue as the car park is small and the ringo car park next door wouldn’t let me re-book more hours on the app for the next day , I had to re do the parking on the machine and hope that I wasn’t over my hours

Very close to the main street in city center of Fort William. Clean and functional bathroom with a very comfortable shower enclosure. Nice view towards main street and the loch.
A bit inconvenient to have an external bathroom, but ok since it was close; just across the hall. The room was quite small, and would benefit from a row of hooks etc.

Location ideal for visit to Fort William
A little more seating in the room - though this a very small point

Hallway floors are a bit creaky.

Pleasant staff, great location (although up a steep little slope that may not be right for everyone). Comfy bed.
Rather small TV way up on a wall. No B&B option.

Very close to the main village, parking on site, very helpful staff, they went above and beyond for us to help sort out a matter which we needed to use their phone.
Mattresses weren’t great quality, could feel the springs

Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff and close to restaurants and bars. A bit of a walk up hill from the train station but necessary if you want to be near the town.
Liked everything.
