Location is easy to town, bed was comfortable. Room was clean. But the tender loving care from the owner brought the stay over the top. I arrived sick and he went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed because I was traveling alone.

The host was warm and welcoming. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was an unexpected bonus.
It’s not set up for walkers. There was nowhere to dry wet clothes. The radiators weren’t on / didn’t work; the mobile radiator didn’t have a long enough cable to place under the coat hooks; limited clothes hangers.
The window didn’t close; the curtain rail fell off the wall on closing the curtains; the shower enclosure was very small with a tricky access.
The whole building (external and internal) needs to be refurbished.
We have stayed at rooms that are clean with a comfy bed before but do not expect to pay the price charged.
