Comfortable - for single occupancy very roomy and well appointed.
Confused between the name of the hotel when booking on line and the new name on the hotel.

Loved the location, service and the accommodation. The staff members were extremely accommodating to our needs and always had a smile. The managers’ Mukesh, Kanti and Prabhakar were extremely accommodating, friendly and very helpful / supportive. Chef Deepak made some delicious spicy vegetarian omelette - again extremely accommodating to my dietary needs. Even the cleaning crew were very efficient!
The only thing that we missed at the breakfast was ‘marmalade’.
It was just a couple of weeks since they had opened. I’m sure there are improvements and efficiencies that would be implemented as time goes on.

Very clean, very pleasant decor, exceptional position
That breakfast is not automatically included when paying £280 for an overnight stay. Full disclosure - this was added by hotel management who were most helpful at all times.

helpful staff
broken/damaged bits of the ensuite. dispensers empty, no proper or even comfortable lounge to sit in. nowhere to charge a phone without bringing a socket adapter.
