The view is beautiful from the conservatory. The common spaces aee all thoughtfully designed. All dog friendly and great location. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.
The banjo beale room would have been perfect to host a little cocktail bar or honesty bar, just for guests. 9.30 is quite early to end breakfast.

The hotel is in a very good location and offers beautiful views.
The breakfast was very standard, help yourself buffet which is fine but the quality of the food was poor. Even if you stay in one of the more expensive rooms the breakfast is still sub standard.

The staff were friendly and the bar was nice
It was so cold. The room wasn’t warm upon arrival and the restaurant had blow heaters. The toilets were like ice. Everyone we saw had their coats on apart from the staff. Food - a couple of people like myself had chicken balti - this was sent back as there was no taste at all in it which was a big let down. Other food seemed ok.
