The room I chose was the whole top floor of the castle, with lovely views of the sea, and a large bath plus added walk in shower as well.
The 8 course taster menu was also amazing, and matching wines with every course.
There was a lot of stairs, but it is built in a castle, and it’s takes a long time along single track roads to get there.
