We are a family of four traveling on vacation a stayed in room 6, their family room which is a spacious two bedroom apartment. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. Because it was in the attic and it was a hot and sunny day, the heat in the room was brutal and there is no A/C. We left the windows open and came back in the evening and it was comfortable.
The room had great views of the Loch but is next to the street which was pretty loud though the night. However, with ear plugs, we slept well. The bed was comfortable but I would recommend bigger pillows or doubling the pillows, they were pretty flat.
The bathroom was enormous and had a large bathtub as well as a shower. Shower was good with plenty of hot water. There was not much area around the sink to place toiletries. I would suggest using the space and place a cabinet or stand in the corner for more horizontal space in the room.
The WLAN unfortunately did not reach the top floor.
There was an issue that the emergency exit door did not latch closed but I let them know this and suspect they would have fixed that by now.
Dinner in the restaurant and breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Overall I could recommend this place for a family exploring the Glencoe/Fort William area as long as your expectations are not too high.

Properties is clean and located next to small beach with stunning views. Facilities and restaurant were impressive and staff is wonderful.

I would not recommend this hotel- the hotel is so so old, there are traces of water leaking all over the walls- the whole place smells so bad, there was literal hair on the floor of the bathroom, the carpets are smelly and haven’t been cleaned in a while, there’s no shampoo just a broken shower gel dispenser, the floors are creaky, there’s walls are paper thin so you can hear when anyone moves in the adjacent rooms- it’s overall so creepy and I didn’t feel safe as the door can easily be opened from the outside- there were also small bugs at the bottom of the tub and the bathroom just smelled.
It is not worth the stay and it’s an awful value for money given it isn’t cheap- there are other places cheaper and much better!
