The staff were really friendly, helpful and supportive. The hotel is right on the harbour amongst all the amenities. The bar and restaurant area was really cosy. The breakfast fab.
The bedrooms need a bit of TLC.

We were moved to the Western Isles Hotel as it's the same owners. We were very happy with the changes however the walk back from the town may not be for the hard of walking. The hotel is very period and has some great features. The room we had was on the top with a great view and spacious and comfortable throughout. The breakfast was lovely with a fantastic view across the bay.
The king size bed was two singles out together which isn't the same and uncomfortable down the middle. The hotel does require some tlc however this doesn't distract from it's beauty too much.

Rooms were a little on the small side but still very nicely decorated and clean.
