Knipoch House Hotel

Beautiful setting, very helpful staff, comfortable rooms, including bathroom with heated floor.

As much of Scotland in touristed areas, a wee bit pricey for a room without breakfast included, and the breakfast itself was overpriced, although pretty good (not a fantastic spread, but more than adequate).

Last minute booking so discounted., Really nice hotel and location. Didn't use the restaurant or have breakfast due to our time constraints.

I can see why others complained about noise from other rooms , more down to the other guests than the hotel but soundproofing could be better . Restaurant seemed expensive but didn't use it.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location, with lovely views over the loch. The hotel is very well maintained, and the refurbished rooms are comfortable and stylish. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for a very relaxing stay. The food was excellent, with a fantastic breakfast to start the day. The staff were attentive, friendly, and provided a genuinely warm Scottish welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended!

We would have welcomed a couple of armchairs in the lounge that were a bit higher off the ground for more elderly guests. All of the comfortable seating is a bit low so a bit more variety would be appreciated.

The location. Room was nice

Reception staff quite upbrupt and answering phones while we were checking in/ out. Restaurant staff busy and distracted. Bar area like a waiting room due to dining tables in location. Food average and over priced. We did contact the hotel to offer feedack (constructively) bit no acknowlegment. Sums up the iverall customer experience.
