Staff were extremely friendly and helpful , and were available at all times to answer any questions, there was plenty of historical literature of the area we were staying, maps places of interest etc
I was more than happy with all aspects of the hotel ,and was more than happy with the value that we paid for our full stay including the food which was extremely high standard,and my view of the stay was fantastic

We were greeted on arrival by smiling faces at Reception. Booking-in was quick and efficient and we were led to our rooms and shown all of its facilities by a very friendly and helpful ex Argyll and Sutherland Highlander. The room was very clean, comfortable and well appointed, complete with tea/ coffee making facilities, biscuits and that rare offering in most hotels - hot chocolate. Dinner menu gave us a great choice of dishes and our meals were delicious and well presented, served by efficient and friendly staff. Breakfast presented an extensive choice of continental and cooked dishes and gave us a great start to our day.
There was nothing that we didn’t like and our stay could not have been made any better. We hope to return.

The hotel is situated with stunning views overlooking a loch. Parking was easy. On entering the hotel I was welcomed by Don with a smile. The hotel interior exuded Scottish charm. Real fires were a welcome comfort on a cold day. Dinner on both occasions was excellent. The service was impeccable and the food plentiful and hot. My room was decorated again with lovely fabrics. There was plenty of storage space and even a comfy leather chair to use. The shower room was warm with underfloor heating, spotlessly clean and had lovely fluffy towels.
There was no negatives.
