Location was fabulous the view from our room was amazing watched an incredible sunrise. No noise from the hallways or other rooms.
Helpful staff ease of booking dinner and breakfast slot on arrival. Easy check out.
There wasnt much however I have a problem using the Nespresso machines in the room and also it took me a good 5 minutes to navigate the giant nespresso machine at breakfast. I should ask someone to come to the room and show me how it works. It was very apparent that guests from other room faced the same issue!

Location is brilliant and the room was modern and luxurious. Outside terrace facing the loch was divine.
The restaurant felt like a mass food making machine. Food was presented well but chicken very dry to almost inedible. Panna cotta dessert had too much gelatine. Small tweaks could make this experience sublime.

Views of Loch, Staff friendly, food is good, decent size of room with balcony, clean.
No shelf in bathroom, no mugs for tea only espresso cups, mattress uncomfortable, desk is so low unable to get legs under, no door on bathroom, no desperate shower only bath a shower, lack of storage.
