Very unwelcoming accommodation due to signs of instructions, the CCTV (creepy) and a kitchen that was locked (why???). Would look for another place to stay next time.

No blind at bathroom window so when stand in bath for shower with light on feel like the whole world can see you it's a big window!! Felt way to much expected of you as had to strip beds etc etc .

Correct accommodation for our overnight stay

A quiet location. Comfortable bed, easy to find. Clean and comfortable for one night, the bedrooms and lounge were of a good size. Walking distance (15 min) to the foreshore and restaurants in Ullapool.

Not close to where you could eat or drink a coffe or have a breakfast. Many rules to check out (we were expected to strip beds and remove rubbish, open the windows, close the heat, and so on).

Perfect for a short stay

The furnishings were lovely, beds comfortable, and breakfast bar well stocked.

I resented being asked to strip the beds,bag up towels and being asked to take trash outside to the trash bin. The apt has no kitchen to clean or carpets to vacuum. Why charge a cleaning fee if we had to do these things? I've used Airb&b, Vrbo and others many times and never been asked to do any of these things.

we didn't realize accommodation was on the first floor. having our elderly in laws with us made climbing the stairs arduous. i too have mobility problems and found the stairs troublesome.

Lovely and clean and Lee was on hand to answer a call. Check in was easy and the flat was basic for a one night stay. Nice shower and towels and had a good night sleep.

£15 charge for cleaning but had to strip beds and take out rubbish. No welcome pack or anything else for a higher price property but it did meet minimum requirements.

A stop over will not return

Location

For the price we paid we got a hotel room. Not having a kitchen is an issue, little wardrobe space, shower was difficult to enter and no hand nozzle. Corridor could not be used because it could not be left open. Internet was poor. The rooms were tired and need update. Too expense for what was on offer

Met our needs for an overnight stay

Met our needs for an overnight stay before catching the Calmac ferry on Saturday morning to Stornaway. Parking was great, right outside the property, and our small dog was allowed to stay here too.

It was about a mile to walk into Ullapool, which is not a problem, but as there is no kitchen, just a kettle and a very small fridge, anyone staying here needs to be aware of this. We had looked up different food options prior to travelling, so we were aware and had planned accordingly. We felt the bedding was a bit tired and could do with replacing, but otherwise it was a comfortable place for a short stay.

Well appointed and homely.

Excellent position. Peaceful but a stones throw from harbour area. Ease of getting into property without waiting for host, or making them wait. Very clean and well appointed, even without a kitchen. Great information left at the property for site seeing.

Would have been better to know that hot drink facilities were available at the property, even though no kitchen. For our group it would have been better to have one room with two singles, but we knew prior to booking it was two doubles. A pet hate of mine, the loo seat didn't fit properly. Otherwise everything else was perfect!

Good location for a 1 night overstay for the NC500. Rooms comfortable and clean.

Not having a kitchen does not make this property appealable for stays longer than 1 night. Also some attention needed to fix the toilet seat and bulbs in room 1, 2 out of 3 bulbs were not working. The TV set in room 1 was also not working.

Exactly what we wanted for the one night before the ferry to Lewis.

We were overnighting in Ullapool before the Stornaway ferry in the morning and this was exactly as it had been advertised and fitted what we needed. We were able to walk into Ullapool for dinner and back again, which was great.

Comfy place to stay for one night

A very comfortable first floor flat with lovely sitting room and cozy bedrooms. The remaining facilities were sparse but ample for our one night stay.

Again, no message received prior to arrival so had to contact owner. Quickly sorted. Although we were fully aware of the "no Kitchen" status, it would be useful to know "Take Away" food is welcome and disposable cutlery is available. Found it rather disconcerting that for the most expensive ONE Night Stay over the whole weeks worth of our NC500 tour, WE were expected to strip beds and remove rubbish? Cheeky to say the least.......unlikely to recommend!

We received a note on the windscreen of our car advising us that it was private parking and we shouldn’t be there? Maybe a sign for guests to display on their dashboard on arrival would reassure the neighbourhood watch that we are supposed to be parked there.

Perfect location and very clean

The location was perfect. It was very quiet and a short walk from the town. The apartment felt like home comforts! And we were still provided with a kettle, fridge and mugs which I thought was well thought through! The Lady I spoke to also was very kind and did her best to make us feel welcome.

The only thing that didn't neet expectations was the beds. However you could easily put that down to personal preference.

It was a convenient location. The rooms were spacious and clean. Very convenient stop on the NC500.

The fridge was leaking but it is a matter of quick fixing. Nothing major disrupted our stay.
