Lovely tranquil location

Really friendly and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Set in a lovely tranquil town with on street parking or nearby car park within walking distance. Meals can be arranged with the host. We didn't take this up as had full days of activity planned. We slept with the windows open for a breeze, which meant we were woken daily at 7am by the local church bells, which added to the overall character. Beautifuly decorated, lovely relaxed stay.

Would have liked an area outside to sit, there were guests enjoying the outdoor space but we didn't feel confident interrupting and think this was for those ordering meals. We didn't realise that breakfast was available so missed out, maybe some info in the room for those arriving late.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at François and Claudie's Château. The "gardener's dépendance" we used as a family has been freshly renovated and everything was very clean and in a brand new state. The property itself includes a lovely yard where we were able to enjoy some quiet time and fresh air before making the most of all the local pluses - a really nice forest with lots of different walks, a wonderful chocolate shop and a really interesting mushroom cultivation outlet (you'll never feel the same about "champignons de Paris" after trying the top quality version sold there!). Internet could have been a bit faster, and we were not sure why there was no waste recycling set up at the dépendance (maybe not organized yet by the local town?)... but François and Claudie's warmth, reactivity and dependability more than compensated it all. Overall just an excellent price/quality value, especially in Ile de France/Paris region - we can only recommend you consider staying there!

We loved everything about this place! I could not find a single thing to dislike! Everything was perfect. The owners were kind and helped us so much, the apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. Would love to come back and visit again!

Séjour de rêves

C'était un séjour parfait !! Un endroit très calme, tranquil et reposant loin de la ville. On peut y accéder par train depuis paris donc c'est parfait. Le jardin du chateau est très beau et vous pouvez vous y balader. Les chambres sont l'une des meilleurs que j'ai jamais loué, il y a carrément tout. Et finalement, François était très accueillant et très réactif et ça se voit que le confort des clients est la priorité chez eux. Recommande fortement !
