This is my third stay at this property, and unfortunately it will also be my last. I am writing to share my feedback in the hope that it may help them improve their service and avoid similar experiences for future guests. Upon arriving in my room, I took a shower and noticed that the shower head was broken, causing the entire bathroom floor to be flooded. After cleaning the floor, I attempted to dry my hair, only to find that the hairdryer was also not working. I then wanted to contact reception, but there was no telephone in the room. This is a serious safety concern, as in the event of an emergency I would be unable to reach reception without physically going downstairs. I went to the reception desk to report the issues with the shower head and hairdryer. I was told that I should inform you in the morning. While the receptionist kindly allowed me to use another room to dry my hair—thanks for that—I would have expected better internal communication and a more immediate solution. Another major disappointment was the very loud noise coming from the ground floor late at night, where a group of people were watching a football match. As I am on a business trip and needed to wake up at 6:00 a.m., this noise made it impossible for me to sleep. İt is now 22:35 and people are still screaming and talking out loud at the reception. I wish I could change the hotel tomorrow. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure better customer satisfaction in the future.

Nice atmosphere and close to port and school

Had a kitchen/dishwasher but no soap or towels. For a few days stay, why would I want to buy kitchen supplies? In the summer, the hotel is very hot. The shutter didn’t work so hard to keep the heat out.

Three good sized double bedroom. Comfortable and clean. We didn't need to use it but lovely kitchen and dining area too, as well as the living room area and TV. Very quiet. We slept well. No air con but we knew that already. The staff welcomed us and checking in and out was easy. Breakfast was a selection of pastries, hard boiled eggs, cold pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages, cheeses, yogurts, coffee/hot choc/teas and juices. You can also buy food and drink from vending machines. There is a water fountain free of charge for water 24/7. We stayed with two teens and a child and a couple and it worked well for us.

Location - we knew it was a walk to the RER station Cergy Prefecture, but it was about 15 mins walk. 45 mins into Arc de Triumph (Charles de Gaulle Etoile station) There are no Ubers available at Clergy Prefecture. You need to buy a Navigo Easy card which costs €2 then you load up the card with your journey. €12 for a 1-5 zones card. Cergy is zone 5. Train ride was fun and added adventure so its not a major downer. There is also nothing around the accommodation e.g shops or restaurants if that is something you are looking for.

Had no air conditioning and it was over 30 degrees and was a nightmare. Shower door was broken in one bathroom and had no shower curtain. Sink blocked in another and toilet smelt. sliding doors one for the bedroom were not stable felt like we’re gonna come off. Not enough hangers Only given one key for family room with four people

The rooms are dark . It was summer so also hot We had a black out , no power for a day and mid night . Unfortunate.no back up power .
