Find somewhere with places to walk to!

The staff was pleasant, and the underground parking was very convenient.

The location was far from old Pontoise (we never got to see it), and it was in a busy, college environment but without nearby restaurants. The room was small and the bathroom tiny. Nothing like the last Mercure we stayed at. It was very expensive for the quality.

OK stay for 2 days

I liked the location

There was no water provided in the room The room on the picture was significantly different from the room received, basically it felt more of a mass product rather than a unique experience . However, it was a room, clean, provided in good order and so much okay. Breakfast was fine but also here the little touch of personality was missing, e.g. cutting the bread jointly and holding with paper tissues - no one would even do that at home. Some of the cups certainly old and used over years. But similar to the room, it was functional and OK.

Overpriced compared the max. 3 stars level

It was close to the place I came due to work.

It is an outdated hotel from the 1990s, it is definitely under of today 4 stars expectations. Even in the room's evacuation plan was shown 3 stars.

Very comfortable hotel.

The hotel interior was very nice. Our room large and comfortable. The breakfast had everything we wanted. A short walk to McDonald’s if you want food.

In front of the hotel the landscaping is in poor condition , giving a bad first impression when you drive up. Also the restaurant adjacent to the hotel lobby is out of business, so there’s only breakfast in the hotel .

- Small bathroom with separted toilets without washbin - We didn't appreciate that the housemaid left one pyjama on the suitcase after cleaning the room (see attached photo). It could have simply been dropped on a chair, table or wherever but why on the suitcase?!

Room was comfortable away from the hustle of city. All basic facilities were provided. Overall stay was good.

It was a great experience and very enjoyable stay.

I liked how staff were prompt to answer my questions and helped me know where to look for services. Janilla went out of the were to suggest a bus ride to the Airport which was very helpful. Ange, Stéphane, Hamilton and Oum were also great in their service rendered to me and my brother.

Poor ventilation system , in need of refurbishments, very basic bathroom facilities , house keeping kept knocking two hours before check out , I was unwell and needed the facilities, but only till 1130. I stayed in three Mercure Hotels , Dieppe very good, Rouen acceptable , Cergy Pontoise not good.

Smell once entered room, first I thought someone was smoking there before, but probably it was bad ventilation. Winter blanket, although its June. No sope in bath, probably cleaner forgot to fill in. Breakfast, 16eur and no veggies next to scambled egg, at least tomatoes or cucumber.
