Standard Mercure hotel. Acceptable breakfast, garage available at 7€/night. Local tax very high (6,8€/day/pax). A dead fly down the windows was not removed for two days (maybe is still there ...)

Service was good, very friendly staff at the reception. Room was clean, obviously didn’t look as amazing as on the pictures but the rooms never do regardless of where you stay. WiFi was extremely good. Breakfast was terrible, definitely not worth €16. Smooth check in and check out. Room was sufficient for someone like myself who stayed there just to sleep and nothing more. Current construction site across the street can bother in the mornings due to noise. Also, AC in the room does not work which will have you wake up in the middle of the night thinking you’re sleeping in a sauna. Eventually I slept with the window open but then you wake up in the morning from the construction and traffic noise. Area is good, McDonald’s 2 min walk from hotel and you also have malls nearby. If you’re looking for a relatively fresh hotel with a big bed just to have somewhere to sleep then this is a very good hotel to stay in, definitely not 4 star quality (more like 3), but still does the job. If you are wondering about other amenities then I won’t be able to help since I only went there when it was time to sleep. Will stay at the hotel again when I go to Paris to visit my family nearby.

It was very hot but there was no A/C. A fan in the room was not sufficient. Otherwise, the room was clean enough. It was just worn and old. There weren't really any drawers or shelves to put things on. Not a big deal if you don't mind living out of your suitcase. I just like to unpack everything.

A lovely room with quick and easy access to Paris. Train station 2 blocks away - lazy folks can use the bus. Huge mall with everything including supermarket on top of the train station (Cergy Prefecture). I will use this hotel again - lovely staff.

This is an OLD hotel, and in need of modernising throughout. The bar is tiny. On the plus side the service is very good and the hotel was relatively clean throughout. McDonalds is next door.

Hotel was really well furnished. Liked the fact that the bathroom and toilet were separate. The bed was very comfy. Shower very powerful. Bathroom and facilities all excellent. Amazing value for what we paid! couldn't fault it at all.

We stayed for two nights for a quick trip into Paris, train station only 10 min from hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful and the room was of a good standard but in all honesty way over priced.
