Lit confortable, chambre de bonne taille, bon emplacement, je trouve le rapport qualité/prix très bon. Il faisait bon dans la chambre malgré le froid glacial dehors.

Je ne comprends pas sa note pas très bonne, nous y avons très bien dormi, contrairement à d'autres hôtels dans la même gamme tarifaire.

Etablissement accès PMR pas bien défini au niveau des chambres.

La chambre PMR à l'étage, pas facile pour une personne en déambulateur malgré l'ascenseur pas très grand. La chambre PMR au RDC n'avait pas suffisamment d'espace dans la salle de bain et il n'y avait pas de barre de maintien dans cette chambre.

L’hôtel n’a pas prévenu qu’un mariage était organisé le soir jusqu’à 3h du matin avec musique et micro à fond ! Impossible de dormir avant cet horaire …. Inadmissible !

Excellente insonorisation, bien que l'hôtel soit en bordure d'un axe très fréquenté, aucun bruit de circulation. Personnel sympathique.

Le restaurant est sûrement très bien (nous n'y avons pas dîné), mais il souffre d'un a priori sur les prix dû à la concurrence d'autres établissements à proximité. Il gagnerait sans doute à proposer en plus de la carte une formule moins élaborée.

La propreté laisse à désirer le lit sale et plein de cheveux il sont recouvert le lit d’un drap propre pour cacher le deuxième drap salle remplis de cheveux de crasse et de taches quand j’ai ouvert le lit pour dormir j’ai sentis quelques chose qui piquer j’ai enlever le premier drap et j’ai vue toute les crasses cacher chambre fort petite très étroite rapport qualité prix trop élevé par apport à la chambre salle chose positive le bar très beau ce qui attire l’œil de la clientèle mais les chambres pas du tout adéquates pour un 3 étoiles

Chambre spacieuse et impeccable. Directeur et personnel aimable et à l'écoute. Wifi efficace (petit hic, le mot de passe affiché n'était pas le bon mais vite réparé grâce à l'hôtesse d'accueil) Bon petit déjeuner malgré une des deux machines à café défectueuse. Bon rapport qualité prix. Recharge électrique de la voiture gratuite. Les petits ratés cités plus haut semblent étre dûs à un changement de propriétaire trés récent. Ceci devrait s'arranger très vite.
