Staff very helpful and friendly. Good location. Parking with elevator access to hotel rooms. Allowed dogs, area to walk dogs nearby. Balcony.

Pool wasn‘t available. Kitchen and bath not very clean.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, property is clean and big, extremely quiet, very comfortable. Great value for money.

Very rude staff, they don’t speak english. For some reason they want the key room to be returned every morning before you leave. Pure nosense. The second night i arrived after 9pm and my key wasn’t there anymore. A lady opened up my room with their passe-partout. Nobody checked my id, i simply walked in and asked to open my room. They havent left me any key, so i wasn’t able to leave the room without locking myself out. If you forgot your room # you’re in trouble, and the staff most likely won’t help you, they seems like they don’t want to be bothered. Temperature in the room was around 26 Celsius. No chance to turn it off. I had to sleep with windows open. Wifi simply does not work. No room cleaning whatsoever. I’ve been in 100+ hotel all around the world, this was my worse experience ever, i won’t return even for free

Fantastic. It is a serviced apartment. Clean, new, comfortable and secure. Included storage for bikes and breakfast. A superb stay. Highly recommended.

The swimming pool was temporarily out of order.

I didn’t appreciate the fact that we had 21 outside and 26 in the room, we call on the heat and the first staff member never came, the second one kept telling us that they couldn’t fix it neither change rooms… The hallways were fresher than our room, event the balcony outside. However, the second time the staff member they couldn’t recognize the mistake …

The room is spacious.

This is fantastic value for money in apartments that are part of a retirement home. Clean, spacious, well-equipped, with wonderfully helpful staff. A below ground secure garage is great to put your car as you make use of the fact that Cergy Prefecture station is 5-10 minutes away and takes you directly to Chatelet-les Halles in Central Paris. The balcony is also nice to have. This really beats a budget hotel. A bit more expensive but it feels like you are in a home rather than a room. The shower is excellent top.

Very little really. The view is not fantastic but nothing to be negative about and the area isn't the most picturesque bit of Cergy.

Some gaps in facilities like 1 towel for 2 guests (having to request the 2nd), no coffee replacement after 1 day…. just one hour for breakfast and need to order what to eat one day before too stressy
