We urgently leave the "hotel" because the rooms are very dirty and smelly. Our requierements was not met what the "hotel" can give. I give 0 rating. The comments is not cover the reality.

I booked for 3 nights. When I went back to the hotel for the second night, the staff took my things from room 309 without my permission. Staff put my things on the IKEA shopping cart. I get really pissed off at them and demand to be paid in full for the 3 nights. Otherwise I will call the police. They say I have asked to change rooms. I stop them for crap excuses and "why am I mad at you if I wanted to change rooms, Stop with your excuses". They changed their mind to refund for 1 night. I still demand a refund for the 3 nights or I call the police. Until finally their boss accepts to refund for the 3 nights and I get to sleep there for free for 3 days. We sign contracts and took pictures of staff with contracts. The next morning they pay me and throw me out. Pure idiots. Will be reported to the police for 2 things for disappeared.

First of all, this hotel was better than another F1 hotel on Rue Docteur Babinski we stayed at earlier in the trip to Paris so that was a relief. While it was about only 500 meters from the Transit (Gard) Cergy Prefecture Station, it was amazingly hard to find. Once we asked locals we zeroed in on it but before that it was a real struggle.The rooms are clean and Id say the staff at the front desk are helpful. They have vending machines in the lobby that serve some pretty good food. My daughter got meat in her spaghetti that was 5 Euros. Not bad when youre in a rush or heading to the airport the next morning.There were a lot of young guys sitting at the tables around the vending machines. Seemed like engineers or students taking big exams soon.I would recommend this place as a good place to stay in the Cergy area.

The floor looks like never been cleaned for some time. There was only one towel in the bathroom with no hand towel or bathmat. I went down to request and the receptionist only gave me another towel saying the hotel doesn't provide any bathmat, but on the second day after house keeping the bathmat suddenly appear! The towel got some stains and smelled funny. The wifi was slow and the only power socket was down near the floor next to bathroom door. You can easily kick your charger if you plug it there. The good point about this hotel is cheap price and central location, but don't have high expectation.
