Served its purpose but you really need to keep on top of facilities maintenance when clients are paying for them!

Functional, clean, parking and breakfast were convenient

Broken air con in both rooms and hairdryer in mine - the room didn’t have many more facilities to offer in the first place! It was 30 degrees on our first day 🤦🏻‍♂️. The TV worked at least. Short bath is a liability with its sloped back; I took a step back when showering, slipped and smashed my foot which mean I was hobbling for the rest of my stay 😩.

A handy place to stay on the way to and from Calais

The hotel was fine, with tea and coffee in the room.

May just have been time of year/day of week, but difficult to find a place for dinner near by - the hotel restaurant was closed on the night we were there

Room ok for one night.

The air conditoning was not operational, there was a brown stain on one towel. One of the staff members (Tatiana) refused to not check-me in one hour before the indicated hour (otherwise I had to pay 50€ in addition), which made me drive one hour during a wedding. Thanks a lot for your business sense.

The fact that I had to personally move my 30 kilogram luggage up the very narrow stairs and there were no lifts or elevators and no help available.

Tres bien je reviendrai avec plaisir.

C était très bien, j étais surpris de trouver la chambre dans une allée. Mais bien isolée propre calme pour un samedi soir 👍 pratique par rapport au parking voiture. Et une baignoire, certes pas eu le temps d en profiter mais intéressant pour le prix.

Code wifi sur le mur ou avec carte ouverture porte, je ne l’avais pas vu sur son support et l ai caché en tirant le rideau.

L'emplacement, le personnel sympathique.

Payer une taxe de séjour de presque 10€ or que sur le site de booking tout était compris y compris cette fameuse taxe. La chambre à mon arrivée était un frigo et pour finir le déjeuner était vraiment moyen.

Réservation de 4 nuits -Vue bouchée sur un escalier donc chambre son re toute la journée. -Salle de bain vieille donc beaucoup de moisissures. -durant le séjour la chambre a été refaite 1 seule fois à ma demande !!
