Enjoyable stay. My 11 year old loved the place.

The breakfast was good and the room was spacious. Family of 3 and we had 1 double and 2 single still plenty of space for luggage and moving around. The layout was very nice. The 2 single beds were at a corner. Very nice and clean.

The advertising says that it is close to the station but it's a good 15/20mns walk from the station and could easily be missed.

Adequate for a short stay

The property is new, so everything is modern and in good condition. It is well-appointed. The room is small and basic, with limited space to hang clothes. Good for a short stay.

The hotel is located in a rather remote area, so it’s necessary to drive out for meals. We didn’t feel comfortable walking around the surroundings, but once inside the hotel compound, we felt safe and secure.

great hotel but need to review breakfast set up

The hotel is very new so modern and clean. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to make the stay an excellent one.

The organisation at breakfast was disappointing. There was also a coach of tourists staying and they took over the whole restaurant and then when there were some empty tables they didn't have any food or utensils left so our large party had to wait around whilst they cooked fmore food which delayed our departure time

It was totally disappointed. I tried to enter the hotel at 2am and 1am but the door was locked.

Location is OK. Breakfast is not worth for 10 Euros.

No sufficient place. Atleast there should be a drawing or writing table or a couch. We can't able to sit in the room.

Petit bemol ,les abords de l hotel n étaient pas tres propres ce week end beaucoup de papiers cartons et autres canettes sur le parking et la pelouse Ce n est pas habituel ,probablement la presence d une sandwicherie récemment ouverte à côté de l hotel

Bonjour à tous , Je recommande fortement le Bb hôtel de la gare de Cergy st Christophe, j'y ai séjourné en Octobre et j'ai été conquise par l’accueil et l'écoute des réceptionnistes en particulier Karim qui est très consciencieux et courtois.La literie est impeccable, l'hôtel est propre et calme, les petits déjeuners copieux et délicieux changez rien vous êtes au top merci encore à très vite.

Les chambre sont très proche drs une des autre clacage de porte des voisin du coup mur qui tremble fort mal dormi car la tête de lit est niveau mur très mal dormi suite a plusieurs reprises des porte et niveau connexion impossible d appeller sur mon téléphone portable en chambre du descendre en bas a acceuil pour pouvoir appelé problème de bagarre de couple a acceuil mon fils a du intervenir pour des violences conjugales il a appelé le 17 car une femme était maltraité par son conjoint en bas a acceuil très tard

De douche was goed, het beddengoed was proper.

De kamer stonk naar sigarettenrook. De geur ging niet weg door de airco aan te zetten. Ook niet door het raam te openen. Onder het raam lagen tientallen sigarettenpeuken, bekers, blikjes en ander afval op het plat dak.
