Good stay but internet didn't work during the four days I was there.
the hotel in general, the breakfast option, the clean room etc...
The internet was not working during my entire stay, despite being advertised, which is not fair at all. In addition, one staff member was particularly unpleasant. I landed in Paris that day, and the woman staff who welcomed me was very kind and accommodating. By contrast, the man staff on duty during the night of Saturday, 22 November, was especially unpleasant. I explained that my family would be worried since I was unreachable since my arrival, and gave instructions to reassure them that I was in the hotel in case they call. When they eventually called the hotel, the staff refused to disclose any details about my presence telling them about the hotel's policy. This led one family member to travel from Lille to the hotel in the middle of a snowy night to check on my wellbeing. I hope this can be avoided in the future.

Hotel ok in terms of the room but the security was lacking
The hotel was clean, quiet and the room was ok. No complaints at the price.
Finding it. The directions do not take you to the hotel. Checking in - outside in the street, in an exposed area, with a process which involved having to get wallet out to use bank card. The sliding doors to the hotel were open late at night without need for coded access, giving free access to the lobby and the lift and, therefore, to the rooms corridors. Not a satisfactory set up for security. The private car park / gave no security. Although there was an entry code system for car park, this was not being used and the gates had been cable tied to prevent closing. I was concerned about security for my motorbike. I have stayed at B&B hotel before and the car park was secure.
