I like this hotel and will be back. It's close to where I work and is very comfortable.

The room facilitates sleep. It was very quiet and it was easy to make the room dark. The water in the shower is hot and the water pressure is good. The room layout is logical and it's easy to stay organized. The complementary bottle of water everyday is a life-saver. The breakfast selection and quality is outstanding. The hotel is located near (meaning walkable) shopping and many restaurants. The people are friendly.

There is no washcloth in the shower. You have to soap up your hands and rub. It's a little inconvenient for me as I have a bad shoulder. The hotel restaurant is expensive and selection is limited but the food is of good quality. I found myself seeking food elsewhere, which is okay as I like to walk.

A very enjoyable and comfortable experience.

The hotel was very good and very comfortable. The family room was large and suited our needs. Breakfast was very good with a good selection and the bacon was very tasty and crisp. Parking was free which is always a bonus. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would certainly stay here agian.

Good value for money

The room was comfortable and had enough place for three of us. Beds were comfy and clean. The area was reasonable quit, even the road is close. The area and the parking is private. Good value for money

dirty, smelly, school children grabbing food with hands at Bfast and not waiting.

rooms were dirty, car park entrance was very tight and awkward to get cars in and out. staff were not friendly. Breakfast was a mess, lots of school children grabbing every bit of food with hands, not waiting. rooms smelled and had a oil filled radiator as aircon was not working overall the hotel is as bad as it was when Novotel owned it, if not worse.

Plastic matress protection induced excessive perspiration in the night. Two single matresses put together. One with use caused constant roll to middle of bed. Noise of hairdyers in early morning. Kids not controlled by parents running in corridor.

Secure parking for my van. Very large rooms. Breakfast was finishing when I came down after I misread that breakfast in the room was served later than in the breakfast room but the staff kindly facilitated my breakfast. There s a nice park behind hotel. There s a nice magnolia tree in bloom in march at the entrance.

It s more suitable for those with their own vehicles to get there.

I have been staying in this property on regular basis when it was Novotel, after long time, I booked this hotel, but was surprised to see the colours of the walls and the floor of room quite irritating. It was not comfortable stay at all.

Good size room. The selection for breakfast was good. All in all a comfortable hotel if you are on a business trip in Cergy.

There were ongoing renovation works at the hotel and hence the smell of paint everywhere. The bar closed too early.
