Good but they pissed me off this time.

Quiet, comfortable, nice staff.

This time I ordered ahead some food as they only delivered until 22:00 to 22:30, I was arriving around 23:00 and my wife was arriving at midnight, hungry after work, and to my astonishment, they wouldn't accept the delivery at reception because I wasn't there. They quoted some bizarre leftist health & safety policy about people could get sick if food is left, so they won't accept it. Er grown adults can make their own decisions, we don't need communist nanny state corporate policies deciding for us. So that was €60 down the toilet. They also charged me for a breakfast I'd already paid for at the bar, but I didn't have the receipt handy. My wife doesn't want me to stay there again after the food incident, however I like the hotel, so we'll see.

Disappointing – Not up to the usual standards of Mercure hotels

• Spacious room and bathroom • Quiet hotel • Friendly receptionists

• No fridge in the room • No tissues in the room • Almost no toilet paper roll and of very bad quality • Restaurant was closed on a public holiday • Breakfast was ok, but there was no orange juice and we were obliged to sit in a small corner with other guests while the rest of the tables were left empty. A Mercure hotel with budget cuts?

إقامتي في فندق Mercure Achères Saint-Germain-en-Laye كانت ممتازة جدًا. الغرفة كانت واسعة جدًا مقارنة بمعظم الفنادق في فرنسا وهذا الشيء فرق معي كثيرًا من ناحية الراحة. بوفيه الإفطار ممتاز ومتنوع ويحتوي على خيارات كثيرة ولذيذة. كما أن الموظفين كانوا لطيفين جدًا ومتعاونين وخدومين ويحرصون على مساعدة النزلاء بابتسامة. أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق وبالتأكيد سأكرر التجربة مرة أخرى. My stay at Mercure Achères Saint-Germain-en-Laye was excellent. The room was very spacious compared to most hotel rooms in France, which made the stay much more comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, rich, and very well varied with many tasty options. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Le Mercure n’est est vraiment plus ce que c’était. Très décevant.

Propreté. Personnel accueillant. Décoration agréable.

Pas de téléphone dans la chambre pour appeler la réception. Pas de frigo. Aucun accessoire de toilette, pas même un kleenex. Ni crayon ou stylo , ni bloc notes. VMC faisant un bruit assourdissant toute la nuit, nous empêchant de dormir.
