Charming and accessible hotel

The location was great next to the RER A. The welcome and check in were fabulous. The owners and front desk maintained professionalism and friendliness. The room cleaning was excellent.

I was in the third floor and although there is a good air-conditioning, it was getting quite hotter late at night around 2-3 AM. However this could be personal from guest to another.

Don't put me in a room with no air-conditioning when the booking.com room says it includes air-conditioning.... breakfast was ok but basic.

Very good.

This was a well-appointed hotel with good facilities, particularly in the bathroom. The actual bedroom size was a little tight but manageable. The bathroom was amazing! It was very good to have a lift.

Overall we were satisfied with this hotel. Its location was by the river which was good but it was right on a street with no real grounds. There is no parking but there is paid parking in the street.

Great place, great value

The Hotel is like a small jewel and it's just in front of the river and close to the station to get to Paris. An easy location to move around at a very reasonable price.

There was only 1 bath towel for 2 guests. Could not get a drink at 19:00 hours because “ the restaurant was not yet open” Room was lovely but the hight restrictions for a tall guest like me were unfortunately

Enjoyable over nighter.

The beds and bedding were really good.the staff were very helpful. Shower facilities were excellent. Dinner in the restaurant was very good too. I had asked for quiet rooms, and they had tried to accommodate this. But the hotel is on a busy road, unsurprisingly for Poissy I suppose, so they gave us a room with windows that didn’t open. The air con was good though so it was ok, and the hotel staff did their best.

As above location bybusy road. Other aspects of the location, by the river and the old bridge are fantastic.

Room 1. Nice big room with huge window overlooking the river. Well appointed bathroom with both bath and separate walk in shower. Good lighting. Nice big flat screen TV. Reasonably stocked fridge (but no normal beer). Delicious, alle in-room breakfast (though you have to ask if you want more than one cup of coffee). Didn't use restaurant but look forward to trying it on a future visit. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Inadequate clothes cupboard with cheap broken sliding doors that don't. Hanging bar only 30cm and running front to back; 4 75 by 30 cm shelves. A real pity that would be easy to fix by putting a decent cupboard on the opposite wall and putting the TV on a chest of drawers instead of a useless narrow table. Joke of a safe that's not fixed in place!! Miniscule desk, mostly taken up by nesspresso machine, kettle, cups & glasses. No heating in bathroom or WC! No hand sink in the WC.

Superb hotel

Excellent place to be - beautiful location with great view on the river and forest from the room and from the dining room. Breakfast was everything that you could wish for! Simply delicious - cheeses eggs fresh fruits lovely little breads and of course delicious croissants. Hope next time to have a sumptuous dinner there as the lovely odors coming out of the kitchen would your mouth water already!

Excellent hotel

Great location, room recently refurbished and v clean. Lovely view over the river at mealtime. Photos of the exterior looks unappealing, but inside looking out was great. Staff really helpful. Front desk/manager went above and beyond to help us with a bite to eat out of hours and sorting out a covid test. Breakfast spread impressive. Really pleased we booked here.

Chauffage pas très efficace, les rideaux sont très peu occultants, ce qui est assez gênant pour dormir. (Impossible de les fermer complètement)

Fantastisch eten, super fijne service en top locatie.

De locatie en het eten zijn echt perfect. Deze koks weten echt hoe je gasten verwent. Het interieur vonden wij helaas wat minder. Less is beautiful zouden wij willen adviseren. De vreselijke kunstwerken aan de muur leiden echt af van het lekkere eten. Smaken verschillen.

Het interieur is echt een soort strijd tussen jong en oud. Als jong de schilderijen heeft uitgekozen kiezen we voor oud. Maak een keuze, want het is veel te druk binnen.

À l’arrivée demande d’une pièce d’identité et CB, mes documents ont été scanné !! L’odeur (remontée dégoût très désagréable) Pas de pain frais le matin ainsi que les viennoiseries (des produits surgelés) compte tenu du classement de qualité du restaurant, dommage de ne pas proposer baguettes et viennoiseries fraîches ! Poissy dispose de nombreuses boulangeries de qualité

Rien a redire

Ce n'est pas ma première réservation dans cet hôtel, mais à chaque fois c'est le même ressenti. Chambre nickel (même si celle-ci était moins spacieuse que celles occupées précédemment), équipement au top et petit déjeuner excellent. Il y a le sentiment d'être choyé dans cet établissement à taille humaine. A quelques pas du centre ville et de la gare, l'emplacement est parfait. En bref, rien à redire.

Même si je n'ai pas eu difficulté lors de ma venue, l'absence de parking privé peut amener à rechercher une place de parking, payante à coup sûr, à proximité de l'hôtel.
