A stay with a friendly welcome and great location, but unfortunately several disappointing issues.

We were warmly welcomed by a very friendly lady at reception. The building itself is beautiful and the location is very central, which made everything easily accessible.

Before arrival, I specifically asked whether there were charging stations available, and I was told that there were. However, upon arrival they turned out not to be connected, and the staff already knew this. Although we were offered free parking as compensation, which we appreciated, we still had to spend about an hour at a shopping centre to charge the car. Additionally, the swimming pool was unexpectedly closed due to poor water quality. The room was also not very clean, with mould in the bathroom and visible stains on cabinet doors and light switches.

The design of rooms and the combination with the historical part with modern details. Friendly staff and a beautiful room with very comfy bed!

Difficult to enter - complicated check-in. Breakfast was really poor in terms of choices.room wasn’t too clean (fingerprints/stains on doors, coffee cups and kitchenette.

The rooms are lovely modern and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The bar and restaurant closed early and weren’t available for use after 4pm. We didn’t realise the facilities were primarily for housing senior citizens.

The updating and cleanliness

Hard to find. Especially since booking.com gave us the wrong address. We spent 1-1/2 hours finding the facility. It was number 26 but on booking it was 20 and that was 2 blocks away.

Nice and different accomodation NW of Paris agglomeration with the very interesting Villa Savoie by Corbussier in 5 min

The mix of old and new, inside very modern renovation and charming appartements with every comfort from besser to rain showers! Nice to meet the senior citizens playing board games in the hall - what a great idea to have a B&B in an elderly people‘s living complex. Breakfast as a self-serve buffet, everything you need but not overdone! Parking in the underground parking garage - very good with fully packed car on the road home from a summer holiday on the coast. Good value for money altogether. First we wondered why there was no restaurant recommended but in a shopping centre - in the end we followed the tip and were amsterdam: real nice selection of restaurants with good food and nice service.

No air con or fan. It was very difficult to access the property, after 10 minutes outside the gate buzzing reception via intercom and calling the phone another guest opened the gate for us. The receptionist thought this was funny when we told her. She gave us our keys and sent us to apt 188, there was no apt 188 in the whole building, when we returned to her, she also thought this was funny and said she gave us the wrong number, it should be 245. We went for dinner and had another ordeal trying to access the property again, same story, no answer at reception. Turns out the fob she gave us was able to open the pedestrian gate and from there I could open the main gate to let the car in. She told us the fob could not do this.

A great layover

This was a very pleasant stop-over in between two days of road. Conveniently located off the highway, the reception was very welcoming and the staff charming. The room is absolutely perfect for a night away, especially the little kitchen if you simply want to have a quick dinner. Breakfast was simple but great. It was a great stay.

The building is new. The apartments are spacious and clean with all the necessary facilities to make one's stay comfortable. It is situated in a suburb of a Paris. The location is clean, peaceful, and quiet. It's appropriate for retirees and those who need a quiet place to read or write. It's not a place for tourists. We had to go to Paris after one night. The manager approved the refund of the remaining three days of our proposed stay.

We made a mistake in booking this apartment. As tourists, we needed to be in Paris and visit key tourist attractions. So, after one night's stay, we left for Paris. The manager agreed to refund us the remaining three days.

Sparkling clean and wonderful interiors

Amazing hotel and cleanliness, even better than the pictures! The room was practically brand new. All facilities were spotless. Only the included breakfast could use an uplift. Very few options and were subject to availability. It didn't look like they restocked when it was consumed. Would still recommend the hotel and I'd definitely visit again.

L’espace dans le studio, les placards, la grande salle de bain

Le réglage de l’eau chaude est très dangereuse. Cela passe du froid au brûlant d’un coup ! L’odeur des pigeons en arrivant à l’étage. Le bruit de gloussement des pigeons toute la journée de 8h00 au lever du jour jusqu’à 21h00. Cela m’a réveillé cette nuit à 3h00 du matin. Le fait de payer en arrivant 10 euros par jour le parking alors que cela n’est pas stipuler en payer sur booking. Le petit déjeuner est très limite. Pas assez diversifier. Cela n’est pas à la hauteur de 23€

L'adresse n'est pas correcte sur ce site : c'est au 26 et pas au 20. Pas d'information dans la chambre sur les horaires du spa, piscine et surtout du petit déjeuner. Et pas d'info à l'accueil non plus. Il manquait aussi une bouilloire.
