NEVER AGAIN

It was supposed to have a restaurant and a bar but both were closed because not enough people were staying.

We should have been warned about their being no food because we were on an industrial estate and there were no restaurants nearby. It was creepy, unwelcoming and tiny little bedside tables and exceptionally poor lighting.

Hungry and tired

Rooms were clean and well desgned

No indication, including on site, that the advertised restaurant was not operating. There was absolutely nowhere else nearby to get food on the day we stayed. We ended up eating breakfast cereal that we fortunately had with us. And google maps sends you to a site a few hundred metres away - we rode past a couple of times but the sign was not easily visible from the road.

Great for a quick administration run at Paris

Love the bathtub in the shower, good location, not too far from Paris. Found a European pizza championships winner in Épône central, Pizza P'epone, really nice. The smile of the lady staff at the reception in the morning bright up our day.

We've chosen "pay at the hotel option". But the staff deducted from our credit card without having our permission. We did get our refund but it's not in their right to deduct at the first place. Found some lady inner wear in the cloth cabinet..

The room smelled very strong from cigarett smoke. if you get a room on ground floor you will also get the exhaust from all the cars parked just outside your door. it is also very noisy in the morning when all the cars are leasing.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and tried to help us in any way they could. Due to the fact, that the hotel was 'too' close to the railway station (5 minutes with the car), no taxis or Uber wanted to bring us there. The hotel staff then organised a ride for us with their private car and didn't even want any payment for that.

- Cleanliness - Room in general - Breakfast (food looked like it was a week old...) I've never stayed in such a dirty room before. Except for the bathroom, everything looked and smelled dirty. And the brownish carpet only made that worse. We stayed at Campanile Epone for 3 days (2 nights). While the bathroom was really clean on the first day, the house maid 'cleaned' it and left a sticky brown residue everywhere. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Room were smoking rooms. Didn't know, that in 2021 those rooms still exist. Was not the fault of the hotel, but a recommendation for travelers: check, that you have booked a non-smoking room (if wanted).

The property needs an upgrade. Carpets on the stairwell coming loose. A real danger of tripping. But the big problem was no hot water in the shower. It was not freezing. But not even tepid.

Great breakfast to go! Locaton is just off the motorway, great for people who want to only stop and overnight. Staff spoke very good English and were very helpful.

The rooms are dated, things weren’t working (eg. bathroom light), pillow wasn’t comfortable...

Personnel accueillant, le petit déjeuner était bon et bien diversifié Emplacement est pas mal pour aller au Zoo de Thoiry, environnement calme pas trop de vas et viens aux alentours

Pas de lit bébé malgré validation lors de la réservation 1er Chambre pas d'électricité donc changement de chambre 2e chambre, store ne fonctionne pas, obligé de laisser les lumières allumée la chasse des toilettes n'avait pas de pression obligé de verser de l'eau dans la cuvette Carte de chambre désactivé, impossible de rentrer dans notre chambre sachant que nous avions mis l'étiquette "pas de menage" mais il a quand meme ete fais + notre carte désactivé Le réceptionniste très gentil a proposé de nous changer de chambre pour la 2e fois mais avec un bébé devoir tout redemenager...

Le diner est très correct et le petit déjeuner aussi. Le personnel est agréable et disponible.

J'ai réservé une chambre avec un lit king size et je me suis retrouvé avec une chambre avec 2 lits simples collés. Je n'ai pas trouvé le sommeil avant 2h du matin (porte qui claquent, alarme incendie)

Hôtel propre et moderne, ne vous fiez pas à la note négative

À mon grand étonnement, au vu des commentaires et de la note de l’hôtel je m’attendais à tomber sur un hôtel « passable » mais j’ai été agréablement surpris.Le Check-in/Check-out était rapide et efficace. La personne a l’accueil sympathique. La chambre très propre et moderne. Rien à redire sur cette prestation.

Il n’y avait pas de point négatif, nous avions écrit à l’hôtel sur booking mais n’avons pas eu de retour (c’est vraiment pour trouver quelque chose à dire).

Alarme vers 23h30 déclenché par rapport a l'évacuation qui renvoi la vapeur des douches ! Très désagréable. Groupe clim a proximité de la chambre. Bruit de fond .
