We won't be making a return visit and cannot recommend it to others.

Hot shower and a decent night's sleep.

We arrived at 15:30 as our correspondence showed check in was from 15:00. The hotel was locked up and not a soul to be seen when we arrived. When we eventually managed to make contact by phone, we were told reception wouldn't be open until 18:00 as it was a bank holiday. (If they didn't want to open, why take a booking for that day?)The hotel is very tired looking and down at heel, both the building and fixtures and fittings. There was a musty / damp smell in our room. The Bucket and towel placed on our 1st floor corridor to catch leaking water explained why. The scruffy abandoned restaurant next door did little to help the hotel look better. Not a bike friendly hotel, we had to leave our bikes outside. I cannot recommend a stay here, it wasn't cheap and certainly wasn't cheerful! The only positives was that the shower was hot and we had a decent sleep.

Incorrect check-in times shown on Bookings

Secure outside courtyard to lock our bikes in. Close to la seine a velo.

Bookings.com advertises check in from 13.30. We arrived at 1500 to find the hotel is closed from 1300 to 1800 on Sundays. No communication from hotel on this when we booked. When checking in we were asked if we wanted breakfast and we paid for breakfast and the room. Whilst locking our bikes the receptionist disappeared for a long phone call, after which we were told breakfast wasn't available. Only a cash refund available. Kettle in room but no cups or tea or coffee. Fridge was dirty and did 't appear to work

Basic, clean hotel for a stopover heading back to the ferry terminal.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great shower and lots of hot water. Quiet, with the park area out the back and close to the Seine river. 2 minute walk to the Chinese buffet which was lovely and catered for everyone. A fantastic boulangerie 2 minute drive away for breakfast. Easy to get back onto the motorway again.

Bad reception, receptionist was watching soccer at arrival and didn’t feel like stopping to check me in. He forgot to give me the WiFi code and didn’t know where to find it, very unprofessional. The lady in the morning was kind and friendly. The room itself was outdated. The bathroom had gotten a facelift, but the shower had cold water for about 10 minutes, after it was mediocre. There was no central heating and no choice to choose room temperature, everything got heated by a small electric heater (which they kind of turn off in the night). There was a lot of noise throughout the hotel, and outside. The rooms are by no means isolated which makes sleeping at night a horrible task. Everywhere inside the hotel was a odour of cigarette fumes, and inside the bathroom traces of killed out cigarettes, which is horrible and not hygienic at all (even though I am a smoker myself). Breakfast itself was very basic. Filter coffee and brioches out of plastic packages which tasted as if they were two days old. My stay here was very uncomfortable, especially for the amount of money paid.

The rooms stank of cigarette smoke. We changed our room to one that smelt ok initially but people in neighbouring rooms were smoking and the smoke was everywhere. It was disgusting. There are no smoke detectors and so smokers smoke inside the building. The fabric of the building was tired.

Bathroom was refurbed and ok and there was plenty of hot water. The water pressure was good.

The room was tiny and had too much large furniture. The bed was too hard and the pillow was lumpy. We could hear everything in the corridor and next door. The lamps were filthy and there was a nasty stain on the sheet.

Felt we did not get value for money, poor sleep and not great quality. Staff were friendly.

Staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful. Breakfast was nice.

Lack of air conditioning and no window meant we were very hot overnight and found it very difficult to sleep. There was a door at the back of the room which we left ajar whilst we were awake, but could not leave open when we went to sleep as it was not secure. Wifi did not work and I had to use my mobile which meant extra cost due to new roaming charges. The room was very expensive for the facilities which were offered.

Nice hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff

Very friendly and helpful staff. Small, but comfortable and functional rooms with clean bathrooms. The breakfast was nice, too. The hotel is surrounded by a nice park and lies directly next to the Seine.

The young guy that checked us in was really efficient and helpful. However the lady on the reception in the morning and also dealt with breakfast was extremely rude and abrupt and lacked any people skills .
