I stayed in room *** (double room) for 2 nights.
I like:
1. Great location - The hotel is close to bus stops, U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations.
2. Comfortable firm mattress - Although my husband didn’t not like the pillow.
3. Some staffs were polite and helpful.
4. Quiet - Room *** is not facing the streets and there weren’t many guests on the same floor, so the room is quiet even when the windows are open.
I dislike:
1. Minimum amenities in the room - There were NO kettle, tea bags or instant coffee in the room, so I asked for kettle and luckily one was provided. And I really dislike the 3-in-1 gel. How much can the hotel save by providing 3-in-1 gel instead of 2 bottles of shampoo and body wash? Plus, this hotel provides only hand towels but no bath towels.
2. Small pieces of broken glass on the room carpet - The room was quite clean, no hair or dust, just the stain on bathroom mirror (???), but I stepped on 2 pieces of broken glass with my bare foot. Luckily I was not injured.
3. Old room and worn out linens - The exterior of the hotel looks nice, but the room really needs renovation. There broken tiles in the bathroom, cracks on the sink surface, exposed wall wiring outlet and torn curtain in the room. Also, the shower doors couldn’t be closed fully.
In my opinion, this hotel is more like an Airbnb room, which the owner is not willing to spend money on renovations and linen replacement, but only wants to earn money. I do not recommend staying here.

The hotel uses a kiosk to check in and get your keys. It is a bit outdated and not very luxurious or well-appointed, but it is comfortable, affordable and near the Reeperbahn.

Room was fine, location excellent, staff helpful. Rooms are quite small and not very modern but that's what you expect for the price.
