Great value & Convenient location near FRA Airport for frequent travellers.

The friendly attitude of the Staff, from Check-in to Check-out. The breakfast crew around Gabriela Dragan and Aleksandar Kocic provided Michelin Star service, and all with a smile.

It was a really great location, quick commute to the airport. The room was practical and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful with any additional support required.

More information on the food options, I didn't know that there was a breakfast option that could be had at the hotel. I was redirected that the upstairs restaurant was only for dinner and there wasn't any real options on what to have for lunch.

Close proximity to airport and concert venue. Helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms.

Large room with comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful with check in and check out. Numerous restaurants and grocery stores nearby. 5 min taxi ride to the airport (12 euros) or you can walk (25 minutes and not an easy walk with large luggage) and public transportation within 5 - 10 minute walk.

Just before an oversea flight

Very calm, very functional and nice room. Coffee and water. Good shower. Close to both terminals, but to come by foot from the station is very complicated.

The room is clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail. The interior is stylish, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Insanely stylish and upscale rooms with a place to park your car or watch planes land and take off

These rooms are insanely great. If you have a car, you can take your whole car up in an elevator and pull it onto a terrace right at your room level. The terrace is also a beautiful place to do some airplane spotting, since they face the airport. The rooms are luxurious... insanely so. They are much more fancy than we are used to, and they were very impressive.

It's definitely an upscale hotel, so dressed as regular travelers seemed to earn us some odd glances from the guests in immaculate business suits when we checked in. The staff was polite and helpful, though.

Good location, great rooms, efficient and green, awesome breakfast.

Check-in. Electronic Check-in did not work which resulted in a long and time consuming check-in line that reached all the way to the outside of the hotel. A real minus for travelers arriving after a overseas journey.

Great quality hotel right near the Frankfurt airport. Our flight was delayed and this was a last minute choice, but staying here made the whole situation a lot better! Great restaurant at the hotel and really accommodating staff.

The staff, room, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The room was very stylish and comfortable.

We had to pay for a toothbrush. Since it's an airport hotel a lot of people arrive without their toilet bags. Considering the price we paid for the rooms it's stingy to not include such a thing.

There was no room service when we arrived just before 10 pm .. but the restaurant still let us order food and we just had to grab it and carry it to room ! So wasn’t really an issue since we made it there just on time for the restaurant to still be open
