Could be cleaner

It was big, nice space.

It was not clean at all. The bedsheets, bed, mattress, all had hair from the previous visitors and with UV light you can see all the dirty stuff..

Big room

They charge 4 euros for a coffee, only 2 towels in the bathroom, very slippery bathroom. They take a deposit of 50 euros, and I'm still not sure if they will refund it. Isolated location, no bus route or train around. The price is too much for such accommodation; I could've gotten better ones if I had looked further.

Room was dirty - dust was not cleaned, hair on the towels, found much dust, empty packs from sweets and someone‘s socks under the sofa 😵‍💫 something was not smelling well in the kitchen 🤢 It was very hot in the room, we could not sleep even with open windows. Asked guys at reception to solve the issue, but nothing was done during our stay there. Communication is very poor. The area near the hotel is not looking safe.

It was good overall but paying €100 for a night and not getting proper treatment messes thing up.

The apartment was clean, the location was excellent and the city center was near by.

The parking was paid within the property which they said was around €1.5 per hour, so had to park on the road side. My apartment was not prepared accordingly we were 2 adults and 2 kids i asked for a crib in my booking which was not available at the property, plus they didn’t prepared my apartment accordingly it was equipped with bedding of 1 person only then upon questioning they gave me the pillow and blanket and asked me to prepare it my self. This property has a strict rule of checking out at 11am so someone who is going to check out 30 or 45 minutes late will be charges €10 per hour extra. Well this happened to me while i told them in advance and in person at the front desk that i might need 1 hour extra which was clearly mentioned on a leaflet in the apartment to inform before hand if you need to check out late so they don’t charge you for the first hour while another guest checked out 10 minutes later then me and the front desk didn’t charged them anything. How i know this? Well i was waiting for my car in the lobby i didn’t create a scene there because i was on a trip with my kids. The water bottles in the room are also not free they charge you €3 per bottle so remember before using them. Plus the wifi was not accessible anywhere in the building except the lobby. Upon questioning they said it should be working that’s the maximum they could do.

- Misrepresented room details being Air Conditioning - Uncleanliness/bad smell coming from the room - Anti-Social behaviour within the hotel by other guests who seem long term staying. - Defected fire alarm, going off during early hours - Claim they have 24 hour reception, however reception was unmanned throughout the night - Rude complaint handling/inability to solve issues

The dangerous hotel with scam

Nothing at all, I felt being cheated. As I booked the hotel on the account of having a free secure car park This hotel is adjacent of a very big asylum center and it is very scary indeed On arrival, we faced a rather rude young man at the reception, who said, no there is no car park , you can park on the roads around the hotel. I requested to talk to his manager, he didn't bother to contact his manager, so we did not check in and came all the way back home I am a valued costumer, therefore first of all I want a refund, second, this hotel must be taken off your lists

Disgusting, disappointing

This venue is a rent by the hour venue, not suitable for families or work stays. You are up all night, after travelling for 30 hours to get to Germany for work we were kept up all night by people in and out having sex, high heels up and down the hall ways, broken bathroom doors, blood stained sheets, dirty bathrooms smelling like sewage. Honestly this was so disgusting and embarrassing that I had booked it for my employees to stay at I had to immediately remove them due to the smell in their room and then we all left with our children the very next day.

Worst night in a hotel ever!!

They charge me extra 50 euros for a extra bed that never arrived to the room. Also never brought extra towels or extra blanket, pillow. The wall of the toilet hat holes in it.. ( wasn't really finished) .. the automatic blinder for the door leading to the join terraza wasn't fully working ..so it wouldn't close completely. So any other guest walking in the terraza could see inside the room and directly to the bed..( because this was directly in front of this door.) The temperature control of the room wasn't working. So the room kept getting hotter and hotter.. around 2 am we had to open a window for some cold air because it was unbearable..went to the reception to complain and waited over 20 min . . Nobody was there. One of the worst nights I had to experience in a hotel. And even paying extra. ! If possible I would like to get a refund or partial refund .or at least the 50 extra paid for an extra bed that never arrived.

Shocking, unethical and unacceptable!!!

Breakfast was limited. Location was not ideal.

Checked in to the room on the 17th of Oct23 and found the room very freezing cold. Set the temperature to 20 degrees and went out for dinner. Came back to find the room still very cold. Spoke to the front desk Manager and was told that the weather had unexpectedly become cold that evening and that the heating unfortunately could not be turned on. I was told it would be fixed next morning. The manager offered me an extra blanket which he said was in the cupboard in the room. Having a history with carpel tunnel syndrome and associated joint pains I spent the night with thermals under my pyjamas, winter socks and winter hat. The next day afternoon after I returned from the official meetings, I found the room to be still cold and so I checked out. While I was at the reception, I requested the front office Manager to give it to me in writing that the heating did not work so that we can use it to get our refund for the 2 nights I would not be staying at the hotel. The front desk Manager me that he could not do anything and suggested we write to the hotel management and also contact Booking.com. We emailed immediately while I stood at the front desk. I checked out. We received a response from the management on the 19 Oct23 that the heating always works at the hotel and there must have been a mis understanding. Went back to the hotel on the 20 Oct23 - met front office Manager again and told him about the response we had received from the management. He said he could not help in the matter and appeared helpless. I asked him specifically if the hotel heating was not working that night of the 17 Oct23 and whether he had advised me about it when I had enquired about the heating - his response, was that he told that to all customers at the hotel that night. We again wrote to the hotel detailing every aspect of the experience. Received an email denying everything as if it never happened. Stay away!

Comfortable and accessible

Check-in was very smooth. The room was clean and looked like the images. Very spacious. The location was good because public transport was easily accessible.

Although kitchen utensils were supplied I don’t feel like it was fully equipped in terms of cutlery and kitchen utensils. There is a dishwasher in the room but dishwasher tablets sold at reception for 2€. I just feel that one or two should have been kept in the room anyways considering you would want to clean up after yourself . Other than that everything was okay receptionist was very helpful.

Very spacious apartment, very clean premises.

The air-con was not working and nothing was mentioned about its inoperable state upon arrival. Sofa bed included in the Deluxe Apt booked was not prepared upon arrival as kindly requested with enough anticipation and when requested again the sofa bed was indeed opened but it’s blanket and duvet cover were just left on top to be put by ourselves.

The receptionist was very nice and polite, he spoke English so this was great for us. The location is very nice and modern, very spacious.

Location is weird. It's on a industrial estate/building site and a good 20 min walk from the nearest ubahn. Not particularly nice to walk back at night. Doors slam very loudly, which is especially great when guests arrive back at 4am

Good and Quiet stay

Very spacious apartment! The facilities were good and comfortable. The wardrobe was massive. The kitchen items worked very well. Overall, we enjoyed the place. There are always many rentable e-scooters/bikes around like Tier, Lime, etc.

The A/C weren't working, they were working on fixing it all though my stay. So I think it was probably just bad luck for me.

Unorganized

Spacious room with potential

We had requested a baby crib and wasn't ready in our room, even though there was availability. It was provided later without duvet and pillow.. Towels only for 2 instead of 3, we had to request that too.. Most likely we were given a random double room. The balconies are connected to each other which means it is dangerous and undermines one's privacy. The ventilation/airconditioning could not be adjusted manually. very small and uncomfortable double bed. Found hair in the dishes so more thorough cleaning is necessary.
