Not so comfortable stay

The breakfast had good options. Staff is friendly and helpful

Coming from a long trip and you need to charge your items, there are no sockets near the bed. Only one at the table and in the bathroom. Had the room next to the elevator was super noise starting at 6am. That door to the hallway was constantly opened and closed. In generell you can hear your neighbors from room to room easily. Had not the best sleep. Then there was a power cut and I could not leave the garage. They were not able to open the front gate manually. In the end i took a taxi. But just imagine you have to catch a flight or train.

Great place to stay, would suggest breakfast in a nearby cafe.

It was really well put together. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and cool during a very hot week in Frankfurt.

The bar was unfortunately closed and the breakfast is quite expensive for the food selection.

Never again!

The location was near my job.

Stuff told me that check out is at 10:30 and bothered me 3 times so they could ask when I am leaving, and the cleaning manager came also told me that check out time ist 11:30. Never again!

did it's job, not more not less

Staff friendly. Windows soundproof, but forget about sleeping with open window, no matter where your room is located. cleanliness good. room rate competitive and I would return to this property for the same rate

room was very bland, all-white furniture, almost like in a hospital. A lot of space unused. No fridge, which means I wouldn't stay for a longer period. Location ok for the fair grounds, otherwise not so convenient.

I book 1 room with parking inclusive. I was obligated to pay 22 euro more . Not included and without any reduction (can be only 12 euro). Total price grow up with 30 % . First time was ok thanks to a very good personal

Pleasant large room helped brave the lousy weather

Good spread of breakfast, refill of options a little slow, but did occur. Room large and spacious.

Shower/bath leaked water on floor due to uncealed shower partition. Difficult to dry as we took the option to sponsor a donation by not having our room cleaned and thus no cleaning service option.

Bargain stay in Frankfurt

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I got more than I expected, location close to the Tram and very neat interior.

Apart from the safe and the breakfast it was a good stay.

The location and the staff were marvellous.

The breakfast was average at best. My safe malfunctioned on Saturday morning. It was 9am Monday before someone was available to open it. My money, travel docs and other essential items were in the safe. Good job I wasn’t due to fly home Sunday isn’t it.
