It's a fine place to stay especially if you are in transit using the trains.

Good location if you want to be close to the train station but in a more calm area. There's a door on the side of the station one block away.

Disappointing for that price level. Neighbourhood is not safe after sertain PM. Would avoid

Modern renovated lobby but the rooms are not.

Horrible choice if you need rest. Cleaning starts as early as 7:30(!) AM and the sound insulation is non existent. The neighbourhood is riddled with red-light establishments and the drunk screams and fights under the hotel is every night. Horrible thin pillows that gave us neck pain. The level of dust buildup in the radiators triggered my asthma.

Stylish hotel, good location, but strange people on the streets

Stylish hotel with reasonable prices just several blocks from the Central Station Comfortable rooms, good WiFi, vivid breakfast and free welcome drinks 👌

Banhofsviertel is a crazy place with lots of strange looking people, drinking, smoking smth, looking at you suspiciously (it is a former “Red district”, but, I think it is still there) I wouldn’t recommend walking around this area at night. And I never saw the same in the other big German cities.

Etienne was at the checkin counter on both times we stayed. He was very pleasant and helpful.

Modern and very clean. 2 blocks from the train station. Offered complimentary drink after check in. We were able to leave a larger bag in a secure area when we took the train to Paris for 4 days.

Clean, quiet, perfect for a work trip!

Felt very safe as a solo traveller when inside the hotel! Gym & sauna were a great addition, room had slippers and reception had bathrobes to use the sauna with. Breakfast had ok choices (including gluten free items like fresh baked bread rolls). Staff were all lovely, and rooms are very soundproof from neighbouring rooms, you would hardly know anyone else was staying there! Recommend staying here is attending conferences in Kap Europa, very short walk from here and from Hbf. Shopping mall nearby (5 mins walk). Nice bath products and speaker in the room!

A lovely stay in a quaint and friendly hotel.

The Pure has very professional and friendly staff and comfortable, very clean rooms. The breakfast was wonderful and constantly refreshed - we were very impressed by the constant service and freshness of the food. The Pure is within easy walking distance of the main train station, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay.

Sadly the elevator was out of order - thankfully staff took our cases to the 3rd floor room on arrival but we struggled to bring them down again as it wasn’t fixed in the 3 days we were there. I thought at least a gesture of something like a drink voucher or offer to assist bring them down would have been nice. Our tip is to request a room at the rear of the hotel as those facing the street can be very noisy at night.

Overall experience

The room itself was very clean and comfortable, with high ceilings and tasteful furniture that created a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel overall was well-kept, neat, and organized, giving a good impression of care and attention. Its location in Frankfurt was excellent — just a short walk from both the train station and the city center, making it very convenient for exploring the city.

I was not particularly satisfied with the check-in experience. The staff member assisting us spoke very softly, came across as somewhat disengaged, and did not create a welcoming atmosphere, despite us being the only guests present at the check-in. Additionally, the hotel had only one small elevator, which had to be shared with staff and their equipment, making it rather inconvenient for guests and staff.

Good hotel close to Frankfurt Hbf

An easy 5 min walk from Frankfurt Hbf and easy walk to river and other city attractions. The rooms were clean and a good size. The hotel has a bar and courtyard. There are restaurants and bars close by and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Good hotel nice and close to the Frankfurt main station. Plenty of cost effective eating options in and near the station. The reception staff the day of check out was very friendly and helpful.

Because it is close to the main train station, it is also not the safest part of the city. There are many drunk or high homeless people in the neighborhood.

Clean convenient hotel

Room was nice with high ceilings, very white and clean. Speaker that looked like an amplifier was a nice touch. Front desk staff loaned me an adapter which was very helpful. Very convenient to the train station. Some people mentioned worrying about safety. I felt safe during the daytime and had a ride back in the evening so I didn’t experience any danger.

A comfortable stay within easy walking distance from Frankfurt station

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from Frankfurt station. A Welcome Drink in a pleasant lounge was a nice surprise. This was our second stay at the hotel and we should certainly stay again. Restaurants nearby and easy access to the city.

A bigger sign outside the hotel would have helped us to find it!

Nice hotel close to train station and transit options

I had a room on the top floor with a balcony. The room was good size with good storage set up for clothes and other items. Unlike some hotels in U.S. the room was cleaned every day and towels were replaced with clean ones. The breakfast staff and the breakfast itself was very good, with many options. The rest of the staff was very nice and I didn’t have any complaints while there. The reception area is very modern with comfortable seating choices. Less than 5 minutes walk to train station. Nice Italian restaurant with very moderate prices about a minute away. I stayed there for six nights and was very happy.

Great design and layout. Wonderful facilities and staff. Unusual and interesting hotel.

A bit noisy. The room was very hot for sleeping as you had to climb a staircase to a mezzanine floor. The roof was low. Had to have windows open and so heard noises all night.

Great find!

Location - 5 min walk to the main train station. Staff. Complimentary drink on arrival. Quiet.

Pillows - so incredibly soft that there was no point to having a pillow. We asked for extra pillows and it made absolutely no difference. Shower - constantly had to keep adjusting the water as it would fluctuate from hot to cold.
