Not what we expected for the price, not facilities for rest or relaxation at all. Juts a tiny lobby and reception desk

This is not really a hotel, there are no hotel facilities at all, just a little fridge with some food and drinks in the lobby that you have to scan to pay. This was more expensive than the real hotel. This is more like serviced long stay rooms. Please don’t mix this up with the other fabulous NH Frankfurt which is directly across the road and has all the facilities. Definitely won’t stay again.

I loved it!

Everything! The location is very convenient, quite central but with the possibility to avoid the central station area. The room was quite big and very clean. The bed was big as well and super comfortable. Checkout at 12pm is a huge asset, especially on a (lazy, grey) Sunday.

I would recommend NH Messe as a hotel to stay in if visiting Frankfurt.

The rooms were well equipped with tea/coffee facilities. They were a good size and clean. Despite being near the festival hall the rooms were quiet. Breakfast had a good selection of options. All the staff were efficient and personable.

Nice quiet respite just outside of the city.

Just outside of the city, it was secluded and quiet. The breakfast was great offering lots of variety and the activities around the property were excellent and went a long way keeping the kids entertained.

There wasn't much not to like, the stay was as advertised and enjoyable.

A fairly good hotel in a quiet area

The hotel is in a quiet location near the Messe, but near tram and U bahn stations to get to the city centre easily. The room was large and the mattress quite comfy. At breakfast there was a good selection of food, hot and cold and healthy options. Sindy was very friendly and efficient.

I requested a twin bedded room when I booked many months before, but they were not able to allocate one to me. I was very disappointed with this. The bathroom in the room we had was very small and the towels were thin and hard. (Needed renewing). The room should have been cleaned after the 4th night, but this was not done and I had to ring reception to get this done. The receptionist said I had not requested the night before that I wished my room to be cleaned but I pointed out their standard cleaning rules "As a standard, your room will be cleaned after the 4th night". Eventually the cleaning person came and cleaned the bathroom and gave us clean towels.

Convenient for train traveler and concert goer

Good location next to the Messe/Festhalle if you're going to a concert/event. Very close to subway station and just one stop from the central train station. Small self service convenience store in the lobby.

The conditioner pump bottle was broken and clearly not refilled, so it was impossible to get conditioner out. Breakfast was not offered as included (maybe that was a booking dot com limitation?).

Good in the end

We wanted an air conditioned room but the aircon was not working in the hotel when we arrived We were offered a fan and cold drinks and with some modest pressure,eventually a room in the NH Spin Tower for the same price

The hotel could have let us know before we arrived regarding the broken air con and organised an alternative without us having to push

Deceived parking slot, but great location

Great location and despite the noisy street nearby, the room was super quiet.

1) Despite the hotel says it has parking place, there are only 5 slots. Very deceiving; 2) The front desk staff could have been more polite; 3) The corridor smelled like a dead cat. The room was ok.

Overall happy with stay

Very friendly staff, especially in restaurant/kitchen. Very good location with u4 metro connection nearby

Breakfast buffet not many options but quite tasty Housekeeping missed refilling milk few days and had to always ask. They missed cleaning toilet few times and emptying trash so was a bit not caring but was okay.

Great value stay in a spacious comfortable room

We had a spacious and comfortable corner room for very reasonable price for the location and hotel class. The hotel is very well located for the Messe and Bockenheim areas of the city, with a tram line and U-Bahn station just 2-3 minutes walk away.
