A comfortable stay with a great location and convenient surroundings

We liked the hotel mainly because of its very convenient location. It is only about a 5-minute walk from the central station, which made getting around the city very easy. Another big advantage was the shopping mall right behind the hotel, including a supermarket, which was extremely practical during our stay. We have also stayed at the same hotel chain in Hamburg before, so we were already familiar with the general comfort and concept of the brand, which made us feel comfortable choosing it again.

What we did not like was the kitchen equipment. Since this is an apartment hotel, we expected the kitchen to be better equipped. Even though we only used it for breakfast, we were three people and had to use different sizes of plates and cutlery, as the set was incomplete. Preparing a proper meal would have been difficult. While this was not a major issue for a short stay, it was still a noticeable inconvenience.

Great place to stay, just a stop away from the Central Train Station of Frankfurt. Bus and tram stops right in proximity. Also close to many restaurants. Skyline Plaza just right behind the building. Friendly and helpful staff. Top notch cleanliness too:)

Although the room was cleaned, we hated staying at this hotel.

The room itself was specious only thing good about this hotel.

We were very disappointed with our experience at this hotel. While the room being cleaned every three days was acceptable, getting fresh towels was unnecessarily difficult. When we asked staff for assistance, they were extremely rude and unhelpful, showing no basic customer service—no smiles, no courtesy, and at times even defensive when asked simple questions. It made us feel very unwelcome. Additionally, £45 was taken from our deposit without any explanation. At checkout, we specifically asked if everything was in order and were told yes, and that the deposit hold would be released within three working days. That turned out to be false. To make matters worse, a friend who stayed at the same hotel had their entire deposit taken during the stay and was later told the transaction couldn’t be found. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Overall, the lack of transparency, poor customer service, and mishandling of deposits have left us with a very negative impression. We would not recommend this hotel.

Spacious, comfortable and relaxing with close proximity to trams and the main station.

Our premium room was spacious and well appointed. While our view was mostly the wall of the building next door, we could see through to the park behind. After staying in smaller rooms, a lot without any reception, it was fantastic to have a 24x7 reception available. It was also extremely useful to have a washing machine in the room.

Excellent setup for the family, two rooms, two bathrooms with all the aminities in the kitchen and toilet including a washing machine, location is also very good.

Adina is a very good central place to stay while visiting Frankfurt Germany.

The studio was roomy, clean, and nicely finished. It is centrally located, walking distance to the Skyline Shopping Mall and the central train station. It is a great place to stay while visiting Frankfurt Germany.

The washer/dryer is very noisy while in operation. It is very small and took a few hours to do just one cycle.

Met my expectations

Apartment was fine. Comfortable. It has a kitchenette. But no microwave. Basic essentials. Room service every 3 days although if you want any other days, all you need do is ask. The staff were great. It sits right near West End. Which is a very expensive area. Shopping mall 100m behind. Even has a food court. We used the gym every morning. And water cooler in gym that had sparkling water. We were able to fill our bottle each day.

There's always a "but" in the comments. And this is no different. The location is very handy to the central railway station. About 3 blocks maximum. Took us about 7 mins to walk there. BUT... (And this has nothing to do with the hotel itself), between the hotel and the station are lots of homeless people, drug use, drug deals, plenty of people talking and yelling to themselves, offensive odors, unine, faces and vomit on the footpaths. And the cobblestone paths are a nightmare to wheel suitcases. That said, if you turn left out of the foyer and walk down toward West End, there is an underground station. The footpath is very clean, although the same can't be said for any of the stations we visited. This is a city issue, not a hotel issue.

Fine stay for a one night, wouldn’t stay for multiple nights

Hotel was fine. Very hot, couldn’t adjust the thermostat below a set temp. Had to open the windows, the nearby construction was very loud with the windows open. Sleeping was very hard. Asked for extra blankets and pillows, was told no as we had the appropriate amount of each for the number of people in the room. That was really annoying, extra pillows and blankets isn’t a big ask.

Impressive hotel with great facilities and comfort

The room was very spacious and superbly neat. The room cleaners are highly professional and do very diligent cleaning. The internet was great and good for working remotely. I was able to have video meetings without any glitches. I'm highly impress with the facilities and would definitely stay here again anytime I'm in Frankfurt

Only the location

There is alot which I didn’t like. First, rooms are not at all smart so smartflats doesn’t make sense. Second, toilet and shower has only one key so only one can use either of it at a time (useless to say you have two separate). Third, blinds are broken. Fourth, elevator not working at all and it’s not mentioned in booking.com at all. If its not working and you haven’t informed customer then you must send someone to help, we had to get all our luggage up 4 stories. On top of it, you told me on call that you have mentioned it on booking.com which is wrong, we booked couple months ago. So you should have informed us by call. This means service is worst. Luggage storage not available after 5pm. Another service related problem. The staff there was good though. It was dirty.

The bathroom gets easily wet since there is no phisical barrier on the floor. Therefore, pay attention when you take showers.

Great place for staying a night or two. But you probably want to go to the East End one.

Apartment was nicely laid out. Overall a good place for a weekend trip. Good for business trip.

Booking failed to mention a fee to use the sofa bed that is in the room (35 euros!!). We split the bed and moved a mattress to the living room, which is how we found a fork underneath, and that the floor under the bed not having been vacuumed in a very long time. There is no coffee provided for the machine.
