Adina Apartment Hotel Frankfurt Westend

كانت اقامتنا ليلتين في الفندق، موقعة رائع جدا ويقع سكاي لاين مول خلف الفندق مباشرة. الموقف كانت التحدي الاكبر حيث تواصلت مع الفندق عند الحجز وابلغوني ان هناك مواقف في الفندق محدودة ويمكن الوقوف في مواقف المول المجاورة وقبل الوصول تم التاكيد على موضوع المواقف وكان الرد بانه لاتوجد مواقف متاحة. مواقف المول مناسبة جدا وآمنة لكن قيمتها 34 يورو في اليوم الواحد. كان حجزنا عبارة عن غرفتين متلاصقة مع الفطور. اليوم الاخير كان يوم احد والمانيا شبه مغلقة ايام الاحد حتى ابواب المول مغلقة. كان فيه تحدي كبير للوصول للسيارة في مواقف المول. الاستقبال كان رائع وكذلك الافطار والموقع متتاز جد. الجدير بالذكر ان هذه المنطقة القريبة من سكاي لاين مول فيها عدد ممتاز جدا من الفنادق المعروفة We stayed for two-nights at the hotel. Its location is wonderful, with Skyline Plaza mall located directly behind it. Parking was the biggest challenge; I had contacted the hotel when booking, and they informed me that on-site parking is limited and that we could park at the adjacent mall. Before arrival, I reconfirmed the parking situation and was told that no spaces were available. The mall parking is very convenient and secure, but it costs €34 per day. Our booking consisted of two adjoining rooms with breakfast included. The last day was a Sunday, and Germany is largely closed on Sundays—even the mall doors were locked—which made getting to our car in the mall parking lot a significant challenge. The reception staff was fantastic, the breakfast was great, and the location was excellent. It is worth noting that this area near Skyline Plaza features a very good selection of well-known hotels

Nothing except parking

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the location was convenient. The staff were also friendly and provided excellent service.

The apartment was very spacious and well equiped. We slept really well as there was no noise from other rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Reception team were very friendly.

Rooms are not serviced everyday, so you have to go to reception to get toilet roll. The bar is not open all the time, we only saw it open at breakfast, but they have a stocked fridge in reception where you can buy drinks etc.

Good location, good breakfast

Arrived at 11:30pm. Had notified the hotel beforehand that we’d arrive at that time. When we got there, there were four other customers ahead of us, all waiting to check in. No staff to be seen. We tried to call the office, no one picked up. Eventually mr kuida came to check people in. No apologies, no nice words. After the second night, someone had spilt something sticky on the floor in front of the elevator. By the time we left, it still hadn’t been cleaned up.
