Suitable hotel for its location but expensive for some reasons as explained!

The twin bed room was comfortable. The location is perfect for the purpose of our trip since it is at a very close distance to the Messe (walking 10 min. max)! The staff at the breakfast keep the place clean and tidy constantly! The breakfast is simple, no huge variety, but it has both hot and cold dishes for keeping you full till late afternoon (I must say I have no complain about this). All staff at the reception and at breakfast were friendly and positive to help when needed!

The air-conditioning system in the room was too noisy so had to switch it off but this didn't affect the room temperature despite the cold days, it was fine without it! The water in the shower couldn't be easily adjusted to acceptable temperature as it was keep changing from hot to cold and vise versa without touching it so had to be really careful when was changing to hot because it was done suddenly and fast! The fact that the housekeeping service is charged extra, for cleaning/tiding the room and changing the towels etc. is a big minus because paying over 1000 euro for 4 nights is not a small amount and should have been included already. The bins in WC and room remained nearly full and dirty of course till the check-out date (sorry for mentioning it). We had to ask at the reception to find out where we can get clean towels as they didn't inform us upon check-in, so have this in mind in order to know where to got and get them when needed. Anyway, we had to get this hotel the last moment and the only reason was that it is very close to the Messe..

Hassle free stay at a great location

Great location, easy to reach from the train station and close to the Messehallen. The staff is friendly, check in is easy. Small in the room are perfect to make your own breakfast or dinner, the rest of the amenities are what you'd expect from a hotel room.

Perfect stay

The stay was smooth and nice; the apartment is well-equipped, and you can easily stay there for a week. Also, it is just in front of the Skyline Plaza, so if you want to do some shopping or grab some food, it is just perfect.

Great location and clean facilities made the stay enjoyable

The hotel is excellent—very clean, well-maintained, and it feels quite new. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and although they are a bit small, they are cozy and comfortable. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. The location is fantastic, right across from the mall and within walking distance of the convention area, which was extremely convenient. The hotel also offers basement parking, which is a great added benefit, although the only drawback is that it costs €18 per day. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

As for the things I didn’t like, the first issue was the city tax; I was charged €2 per day, even though this was never mentioned on Booking, which was quite surprising. It should have been clearly stated in advance, or at least highlighted before payment, and honestly Booking should take responsibility for making this information clear to guests. Another thing I didn’t like is that the hotel does not provide drinking water in the rooms, which is something most hotels normally offer. Yes, they do have a free coffee machine and a water dispenser in the lobby available all day, but it’s still not as convenient as having water provided inside the room. Also, although the basement parking is available and convenient, the price is quite high—€18 per day feels expensive for what is offered. As for breakfast, I didn’t try it, but from what I saw briefly, it looked fairly simple and I expect it to be average.

It's still an accommodation I like a lot due to the location, not far from airport nor city center.

I like the location, and that the right room provides cooking facilities. Not that I cook a lot, but it's useful when you need some hot food yet lazy to be out

The subway construction has been there for the past many years and still in progress. Many Europe hotels doesn't provide air condition during winter and I have to open the window hence, it's easy to be waken by the noise.

This is our third year staying in this hotel.

this is our 3rd year staying in this hotel. we have fair every year in the same period. 2025 stay was not the best one as the staff was not very polite. as I say it is our 3rd year but the staff has kept us waiting too long while checking in with no excuse. And we are not able to speak german but they keep on talking within themselves and have us no explanation.

A very comfortable oasis during a trying week

Nice hotel with a convenient location

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night, without breakfast (we had a really early check-out). Overall, we liked the hotel: a modern, beautiful and clean room, polite and helpful staff, convenient location - 15 minutes walk from the central station, a large shopping mall nearby.

Right now there is a large construction near the hotel, which to some extent spoiled the impression of the stay, since our room windows looked directly onto the construction.

Good for family or business trips

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but it's next to a mall so my stay there was not boring. The room and other facilities are pristine and clean; the bed was really comfortable. Additionally, their breakfast offer was diverse and delicious

The only aspect I was not satisfied with was the staff. When I checked in at around 7:30, the receptionist was not really welcoming. Although I requested for a twin room, those two beds are made into one, in which I had to separate them myself. The housekeeping staff who was in charge of that task showed up late and did not knock on the door, he just burst into the room without considering whether the guests inside were female or not, which is really disrespectful. Since I did have a pleasant stay there despite these inconveniences, I will be generous with the rating.

There was one staff who was an Asian origin was on duty on 20th night and 21st morning were so much arrogant in his behaviour and even was arguing with me so badly without any reason ..I still don’t know why he behaved to me like that… except that everything was very fine.

Overpriced but well-located appartement hotel with horrible pillows

Well located for easy access to Messe and Stadium.

Expensive hotel. Contradictory messages from staff on the hotel’s policy, both wether dogs can come with to breakfast and on access to underground parking. Nice people at reception though. Pillows felt like concrete. Ruined my sleep totally.
