I don't think I will stay here again

The location only!!

Rooms are small, bed is uncomfortable and is designed in a funny way!! No daily house keeping , they only come once a week, no room service, no restaurant!! The only good thing about this place is the location

Amazing breakfast, clean, spacious.

The staff were super friendly, the apartment was spacious, and above everything - the breakfast was exceptional!

While the kitchen was well supplied with cooking equipment, it was not supplied with even the most basic ingredients. I saw people collecting salt and pepper in a napkin in breakfast... We arrived on Christmas which meant all the supermarkets were closed for the first couple of days, then it was Saturday - and on Sunday everything was close again. We begged the people in the reception to sell us a bag of tea, but they couldn't. Knowing that you can't buy groceries and that almost all the restaurants are closed, you can expect at least the basic necessities to be available in the apartment - even simple hotels provide today a few pods of coffee for free.

Recomendable but they have to be more clean

Is very nice, the apartment is big and all the facilities are working great. The view from our room was amazing. The staff is really good and there is 24h service. The water and coffee machine are available 24h and are free so you can refill as much as you like. There is a gym and garbage space also there is a laundry area so is very convenient for a long time stays as well. Is very safe because to enter the property you need your room card and to use the elevator you need to have your card as well. Also the windows are not opening all the way through so for me I consider it as an advantage for safety. Fire alarms and exit plans are available as well

The bed and the pillows weren’t that comfortable and the floor wasn’t clean. We noticed that there are no every day cleaning staff. You have to ask for it and if i am not mistaken the cleaning crew will come to your apartment once a week (not sure how it works though) Also the breakfast is the same (we stayed 5 days) and is giving you the feeling that you don’t want to eat the same. As for the location not to far not to close I choose the location so i cannot tell (It was more convenient to be there because I wanted to attend both sides)

Rather good price for Frankfurt and a comfortable stay

Staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby area was welcoming and nice. Our apartment-style rooms were clean and comfortable.

A good size apartment which was well cleaned and presented

A good sized apartment which allows which allows doors to be closed to create two separate bedrooms. Beds were firm but comfortable and had a reasonable amount of space around them. Toilet and shower room are separated into two rooms which was a nice bonus. The apartment was well cleaned which was much appreciated and only had slight signs of previous use. Overall I would say the apartment was in good condition and had all that is needed. Didn’t have breakfast on site but when interacting with staff for check in and check out they were pleasant and helpful. They also spoke English which was helpful when my German wasn’t good enough. In summary pleased with the apartment and would book again if needing accommodation in Frankfurt.

A few marks on the walls from previous guests would ideally have been removed but accept this maybe difficult with the wallpaper. When checking in you are presented with a form to complete for what I believe is insurance against your credit/debt card ideally the purpose of this would be explained clearer perhaps with some more information in different languages to help people understand.

Great stay with family.

Everything was great. Great location of the hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. We had an apartment with two separate rooms. Very comfortable with a family.

I prefer softer beds.

It is a good accommodation for a business trip or tourism.

The location is perfect 👌. It gives you access to all the amenities you could possibly need, and it's not for from the city center. The staff was polite and helpful. The room has AC, which is ideal for summer. The kitchen is well equipped

The lamps and sheets were a bit dusty when we arrived (it's important considering the room is practically fully sealed, so it just recirculates in the room each time you move something). The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. Handling the smoke from cooking is not easy, I have an incident that cost me a lot, I think the system should be improved and it should be highlighted at the reception about the penalties and how it works.

-The view from 10th floor was spectcular. - Spacious room, closets, cupboards, kitchen. - The desk and slide-out table. - Breakfast - excellent - so many choices. - Location in nice neighborhood, grocery store near.

Convenient Location

Although the apartment is not big but is comfortable for 4 of us. Location is convenient as it is just opposite the tram and close to the Skyline mall.

Dont like the shower place - as the bathroom was small and I am worry that young Kids will slip while they shower on own needing to climb in and out the bathtub.

Above my expectations

We liked the hotel. It had everything we needed: a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, and a separate toilet from the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a fully automated espresso machine that we enjoyed. We took bed & breakfast, which turned out to be smart because there isn't a grocery shop in the near - the closest is in the shopping mall. The breakfast there is quite good, with a standard variety of food. Location is good, in front of the hotel there is a tram stop with 2 lines going to the Hauptbahnhof (that you would like to avoid), and a metro line U4 in just a short walking distance - Messe, that goes to the city center. All things considered and I recommend staying in the Adagio apart hotel.

Just a few little things, for example, for me, the pillow was too small.

All utilities for an apartment. Excellent to be with kids. Staff was very helpful. Tram station right in front of the hotel.

Its pleasant stay and worth location.

Room comes with kitchen and the bed and tv in another room, the location is quit good next to ING Bank and Marriat, its clean and they offered water atleast which is some relief.

The Bedroom doesn't have any power sockets to plug the mobile and laptops, on the last day of my stay at this hotel i found a extension of cable, which i didn't realise and nobody mentioned about it.

Good place to stay overnight but the area is somehow artificial. Parking place announced but 45€/day! Breakfast at 20€ for something very basic... I won't say I won't come back but just like this time... A stay overnight when everything is anyway paid by my employer...

Enjoyed my stay and would be back again.

The aparthotel is positioned close to the station which is ideal. The property was clean and relatively spacious - bigger than expected. Staff made up the room for us before check in, so didn’t have to worry about changing the sofa bed into a bed. Breakfast was also good.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property. Only thing to note was that the room was not available when I arrived for check in, but the hotel treated us to complimentary drinks to make up for it which was lovely.

Superb

The room was a good size, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The furniture and kitchen gadgets were nice. Great location, easy access to the transportation system. The fact that kitchen towel, dishwasher and the likes were provided was greatly appreciated

The cleaning was not quite ok... we found dust under the beds and the tv and small table, which ended up în the room as we were walking near the furniture. As cleaning is not provided, it would be great if there were a couple of extra trash bags available so that we could empty it occasionally so there would be no bad smell in the room. Especially with a small child still in diapers, this was unpleasant.

A modern, clean apartment.

Aparthotel adagio Frankfurt was very modern, clean, and very quiet at night.

Only one pillow for each guests, and the that only pillow was too soft, poor quality, exceedingly uncomfortable.
