worth the money

It was a nice hotel overall. The thing I like most is the mini bar next to the reception, and it offers free water and free candy!

The hotel is located next to the railway or highway, which means it could be annoying for people who need a quiet environment to sleep in. Luckily it is not a problem for me. One more thing is the volume of the TV cannot be adjusted.

Was okay, not worth the price.

Location was good as I was attending a conference a ten minute walk away.

Property wasn’t clean to a standard in used to. Mould in the fridge, windows were dirty as well as the shower. Could also do with a light above the bed as it gets quite dark at night.

Never again

Messaged through app to ask if could change to twin room and they said fine. When we arrived they said they were fully booked so did not bother their asses. Long explanation about breakfast and found out it wasn’t included. Room service/cleaning knocked on door at 8am on the day we were checking out. WTF? They can round and 9:15 also. Service at “bar” non existent & rooms were not that clean. Ok but fudge for example was leaky. Safe did not work.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel empty reception at night

It was good

I arrived at the hotel and I had already been awake for almost 20 h since I was traveling and working all day. At my arrival the reception was empty. And if another guest didn't come out I would have stayed outside the hotel for which I paid (150 euro for one night). I spent my time at the reception from 2 am to 6:30 am, only to have a member of the staff in charge of the breakfast helping me get to my room at around seven am. Never once in my life have I had this kind of issue. Small or bigger cities always had someone at the reception. No one has investigated what happened, and I wasn't offered any kind of further support. I can't believe it actually happened.

The airconsitioner is the must for the hotel! Overall rather 3 stars hotel

Hotel close to the Exhibition Center

Good location, just a few minutes walking distance from the exhibition Center, Drinks in the minibar were free

Front desk was unattended most of the time, the buffet breakfast was pretty expensive for not that many options, plus the staff was a bit slow with replacing food platters

Somehow comfortable, yet very bad or no internet

It was bright and clean, spacious and comfortable. I stayed for 5 nights and they cleaned and change towels every day witch was a big plus. The receptionists were helpfull and nice.

There are missing things from the room. The armchair and chair at table was completely missing in my room. The internet was horrible. Traveled for work which requested me having access to internet and after first day i couldn't do nothing. Very bad wifi and it was the same in the entire hotel, not only in my room.

The bed was nice and cosy

The bath-room was dirty, There were spots of colour on the floor. The free mini bar was first empty and after not re-filled.

I did not actually stay at DORMERO because they mentioned after the booking that they gave the rooms for Ukrainian refugees. The arranged an alternate room at another hotel nearby (Mercure hotel) and the stay was fine. There was a bit back and forth with issuing the invoice but was solved in the end by a friendly staff via email.

The best hotel in Frankfurt

I literally love everything about this hotel very comfortable, relaxing, very clean and fresh, value for money, excellent reception service, check in and check out process was very easy no hassle. A top location, very quiet a few minutes away from the Skyline Plaza als great restaurants along the way. I can’t find enough words to express how i love this place one thing for sure I will definitely be visiting again but i will stay longer the next time around. Thank you DORMERO HOTEL FRANKFURT for letting my wedding trip a great and wonderful experience.

Super chill and welcoming hotel!

Very nice staff, everything was very chill! Loved that we could air out the room, the free drinks were a lovely touch, awesome TV system, great flexibility around check out, the mood lighting was whacky and charming. 😊

The mattresses were a touch old/durchgelegen, and the water in the shower was a little wonky. (Alternating hot and cold instead of properly mixing.)
