Great location and very good value.

Great location. Lovely staff. Big rooms. Fantastic sauna. Fabulous views of the Festival Hall. Vending machines for snacks with good range of drinks.

Beds were too hard for me (but that’s personal). Pool was good but quite cool! Bar was fabulous but closed on Sunday and Monday night (so be aware)

Amazing!!!! Five stars hotel! Staff, food, location, amenities everything is perfect. Rooms are quite big and the views are amazing , poll access is great and loved the breakfast and the bar!

check in and checking out. Hotel was flexible to help me keep my luggages for a few more hours

cupboards were old and hard to close. Door is hard to close Toilet sink is old and hard to clean Consider to redesign the toilet for safety reason. The glass door can move and make one slip and fall. Maybe remove the bathtub.

I wouldn't go back to Frankfurt

I chose the hotel because it had a pool, but upon arrival, we were informed it was undergoing maintenance. The hotel was very noisy, with children running in the hallways until late. Children at breakfast were "destroying" everything. I didn't like it! It was so noisy, all the time.

Terrible nightmare experience

Hotel was very unsafe, as my wife's hand bag with valuables were stolen during the breakfast in the hotel restaurant on 26.07.2025, staff were not very helpful to trace back who stolen the bag, we have reported to the police but no news yet. We have terrible experience with the hotel. I am going to make very bad review about the hotel, if we can take any legal action for compensation, certainly I will do.

Right beside Festalle stadium if your planning a concert so handy u can walk To the venue for 2 min, mall Only 5 mins and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops nearyby.

I didn't like the combined single beds, although I expressed my concern and the room was duly charged to my satisfaction 🙃 Another great concern was the heat in the room and the A/C can't be regulated by customers but by the facility team and wouldn't turn the A/C on and was advised to open the window which is opposite to the road with the noise of cars.

The breakfast and location were great. The price was very affordable. It was clean.

We only stayed for two nights before our return flight, and during our trip, we had the opportunity to stay at some excellent places in the Black Forest and Alps. Therefore, I am comparing this hotel to those much better ones, which might not be entirely fair. I believe the quality is decent considering the price we paid. The property is in need of renovation and has a somewhat outdated appearance, reminiscent of the 1970s. Despite this, it is clean, and in my opinion, the affordability compensates for its aesthetic shortcomings. We decided not to use the spa facilities because they felt a bit small for a hotel of this size, and unfortunately, the sauna was out of order. The main issue that disappointed me was the difficulty in regulating the water temperature from the tap and in the shower, which I found to be a significant drawback.

Their Aircon was not working for our entire stay, 3 days! The staff keeps on saying the AC works with the outside temperature and it will adjust once it gets hot outside. They gave us a fan which didn't work either so had to send it back to reception. Anyway, eventually one of the staff members admitted the issue with the AC .
