Not so great experience

OK but nothing special.

Problems with the booking. First booking via Booking.com was rejected by the hotel after I paid by AMEX. Had to do a second booking with a higher price. Still waiting for a refund of the first booking. Bed was too hard and not very comfortable. The bathroom was missing a separate shower. No privacy in the room. people from the office across look straight into your room. Only solution to close the curtains which is not a great solution.

Modern, clean hotel with city views. Level lounge has a great vibe for working or relaxing. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable stay with potential to improve service quality and cleaning standards.

The hotel is modern and well located, with easy access to public transport and great views over the city. The staff were generally polite and helpful, and the room was comfortable. The facilities such as the gym and bar were also a nice addition during the stay.

Overall, the hotel was ok but a few things could be improved. The menu had very limited variety, especially for longer stays. The cleaning service was also not consistent – during my one-month stay (I extended my stay) the room was only cleaned on a basic level and never thoroughly, which was disappointing, especially as I was staying with my baby. A deeper cleaning at least once a week would have made a big difference.

Extremely clean and spacious Great standard of Gym for a hotel, followed by a nice sauna to follow (prepare to get ALL your kit off) Outstanding view from the room Excellent Breakfast with a ping pong table by the reception in case there’s a Que and you want to embarrass the misses before check in

Not necessarily a Con if you like walking but It’s a bit of a walk to the city centre (around 1 mile) sky garden close by which i would highly recommend

The building, staff helpful, very professional, room was nice.

The check out went slow, as there was some payment issue. I had booked via Booking and something did not work out so had to pay another time. Which is annoying as I will have to check for not paying twice. I went by accident to the top restaurant for breakfast, which was only intended for top floors. As there was no staff when I entered and sat down with coffee later a lady came told me I had to go down for breakfast, as I explained I would finish my coffee she told me to leave twice in 3 mins, but I was just finishing my coffee. I am sure it was not intended as rude, but was I not allowed to finish my coffee this purely had to do that she was not very fluent in English and possibly not well briefed but it was ackward nonetheless.

Very modern with lots of technology and poor Airconditioning

Arrived on a 31 degree day Got to our room and it was so hot we couldn’t breathe The controls for the ac were very confusing Technician came and said it was working and that was as cool as the room would get So we moved rooms but I have to say the ac in the new room was very average

-locations is good -they have rituals toiletries Overall a total disappointment, do not recommend to anyone .

Unfortunately impression not that the best -dirty glass was left in the minibar fridge from a quest before . When I called receptions they’ve send a cleaner who cleaned it with just napkin without any cleaning amenities. -minibar didn’t have all things that’s was writing on the list . -no coffee or tea bags, sugar -only one bottle of water -extremely dirty floors -no hairdryer -dirty pillow with some yellow stain on it -the air conditioner panel didn’t work so I couldn’t change the room temperature in the end ended up getting even sick -in WC doors was dirty in something that looked like period blood or poo , totally disgusting Definitely not gonna stay in here again not in Frankfurt not in any other city .

Good Location, Great Staff but don't bring your car!

I enjoyed my stay here. It was central enough, staff were lovely. Good clean room.

I couldn't believe what I was seeing when I went to pay for my parking after 3 days at the hotel. 130€ for 3 days is absolutely astounding. I couldn't believe it. When I went back to reception to enquire about the price, I was told that 43€ was the cost per day. I then travelled out of the city to a luxury 5 star hotel and the parking cost 18€ a day. Way way too expensive!!

Exceptional stay - comfort, views, and delicious breakfast!

This was my second time choosing this property, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. Situated in a convenient and vibrant area of Frankfurt, we found ourselves within easy reach of various attractions, shopping districts, and dining options. The sight of the city skyline from our room was truly captivating. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast offered by the hotel — the wide variety of fresh and flavorful options catered to all tastes and dietary preferences. From the assortment of pastries and bread to the selection of hot dishes, fruits, and beverages, there was something for everyone.

The only recommendation that I have to offer is to give the possibility to reserve a parking place during the booking process. While the hotel does provide parking facilities, it would be beneficial for guests to have the convenience of securing a parking spot in advance. This would eliminate any uncertainties or last-minute arrangements upon arrival and ensure a hassle-free experience right from the start.
