I stayed three times at the hotel within the past two weeks. I paid different rates for the hotel. But I was wishing to pay more to get better rooms. But the last one was the worst and most expensive on my bookings.

Nice hotel but with no parking!

Staff were helpful and kind. The view was nice. The breakfast buffet was good in terms of variety and quality. The gentleman who prepared fried eggs was fun.

Worst: This hotel has no parking! (How is that even allowed?!) there is a public parking close to the hotel, but that’s very expensive. (4.5 euro per hour!!) Also, the hotel is not close to the city center (old town). There is little to no restaurants or cafes in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The person on the front desk (that I called to solve a problem) hug up without warning, without waiting for my reaction / action to solve the problem. Then it was busy. Finally, after a while, I had the connection. Persons at the front desk might improve their English proficiency.

Perfect stay in a nice location

Everything was just perfect, the room, the facilities, the gym. I also liked the location of the hotel- close to Messe and a big shopping center, you can also get to the old city center in no time. Would definitely recommend this for a comfortable stay in Frankfurt.

The only thing is that there were no slippers in the room but it's a minor inconvenience.

The room was next to the elevator. It could get very noisy. The staff didn’t even inform us about the room arrangement. It would have been good to know.

Very nice bathroom. Spacious room. Great view. Very comfortable and large bed. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had.

Couldn't turn the TV on, no matter which button I pressed on the remote control, so no TV.

A nice and clean Marriott

The front desk staff, and it seems the whole staff. Go at lengths not to be serivce oriented, making you feel uncomfortable. From just being unhospitable to trying to charge 150 Euros for breakfast, although in the Booking.com order that was made more than 9 months ago, it explicitly stated it includes breakfast. So, the bottom line is Marriott Frankfurt. Your business is about hosting guests from all around the world. Try to make your guests feel welcome.
