Convenient location but quite pricey for the standard of hotel

Breakfast was fine but no cooked options Location to Messe Frankfurt was perfect - 5 mins walk

Pillows were very lumpy Shower in bathroom was faulty and sprayed everywhere so clothes got soaked in bathroom Doors close at 10pm I was a little stressed if my key wouldn't work if I got back later than 10pm- I was travelling on my own

A comfortable stay

The hotel is on a quiet street and very close to the tram stop. I didn't want to stay in a high building, so this hotel was for me. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The places where we would put our belongings were enough. We didn't have any problems with heating, although we stayed there in a very cold time.

The pillows were too thin and worn out. The room had a rather dim atmosphere.

There is not an elevator, which makes it a bit hard to carry a heavy baggage to the upstairs. But, in general, it is really wonderful hotel!

Nice place, friendly staff, pitty the bed and heat

The service is fabulous, we stayed in quiet family room in the attic, the room was very clean , big and they also had games for the kids.

De noise of the airco, which despite of the high temperature we had to turn off during the night. We opened the windows to lower the temperature inside but the mosquitos made us a visit 😩. Mosquito nets on the windows would have been great. Unfortunately the beds were too hard for our weight. A topper would probably make them more comfortable.

Friendly staff, nice room, and great location.

I loved the location and the large room. The staff were also very kind and helpful. The shower was nice and the windows blocked out a lot of the city noise and light. We were also able to find our way to public transport without any difficulties. The hotel also respected my wish to be on the ground floor.

The air conditioning wasn’t working very well, but it was still comfortable in the room and we could go without it.

Hotel near the "messe". Private parking to be reserved (very important if you have a car). Very peaceful and quiet hotel. Kind and helpful staff. Very large and clean room. Essential. Good breakfast. Excellent value for money!

The staff was extremely rude, did not informed us about important aspects and did not find solutions to problems they created. The parking organization is chaotic. The breakfast is below average.

Perfect location, good hotel for accomodation when you travel for business conference in Frankfurt.

Perfect location with private parking (for fee). The comfort of the room was very good, the staff was kind and polite. I recommed this hotel for everyone who needs accomodation in the center of the town with good price/quality ration.

The breakfast could be have wider variety, but I think for 3-4days it is more than enough.

The reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was relative large and comfortable. It was quiet at night.

Air conditioner was not working and the fan in the room was not sufficient. There was no elevator and no help for taking the luggage up the stairs. Warm breakfast would have been nice.

Pleasant and convenient

Quiet area, outdoor terrace, nice room. Our booked room was on the third floor, no lift, and we were very kindly given an upgrade to a ground floor room.

No indoor space other than your own room or the breakfast room - didn’t matter in warm dry weather, but would be confining in wet weather. Also a policy of not storing you bags if your flight is much later in the day than checkout - though they were persuaded to make an exception for us.

Spacious rooms, bathroom, close to business locations, rooms with terrace and coffee maker.

Being close to business locations, the internet was terrible in my room. It doesn't get connected near the bed area or terrace. Even if it gets connected, it disconnects very frequently. Allocated a third floor room and there was no lift.

was a nice and cute little hotel in a decent area. There was both a tram and a metro stop nearby.

I liked that there was quite big room and there was two windows and a lot of light.

It was a bit disturbing, the green light of the air conditioner was constantly flashing. but it was a very small thing.

Location was good, everything was ok.

Small issues with the keycards, when they are not working and the reception is closed, issues with the parking spaces. In general- the photos in booking.com look better than the actual place.
