Overall, it was a good stay for the purpose of our trip.

The front desk staff were helpful. The location was convenient. The room was clean and spacious.

Some of the breakfast food (rice porridge) wasn't hot enough. Not enough cut fruits and no hot oatmeal available. Also, the blanket in the room was too warm and would have like to have a thinner blanket option. No shelf in the shower for personal items.

Perfect place for staying during business trips, very close to Messe and city business center. It could be overpriced du

The room is not big, but clean, modern and comfortable. It has everything needed in the business trip, including a small yet functional kitchen and cozy work place. There’s a big Rewe supermarket within 5 mins walking distance from the hotel. We bought all necessary food and drinks there. Another advantage is that each floor is equipped with washing and drying machine where the guests can do the laundry for free. It was extremely helpful coz we had a long business trip in Germany and needed the laundry.

Clean comfortable good location friendly staff

The fact that a male cleaning person entered our room with a do not disturb sign on the door with out knocking at all while we were in bed they gave me to cheap mini bottles of wine to make up for it in their eyes. My wife and I don’t drink 🙄

I traveled for CPHI conference and the location was perfect. The room was also very large and comfortable. I would stay here again

The room was very hot and I had to open the windows to keep it cool. There is construction or a warehouse behind the hotel that frequently made a lot of noise that kept me up at night.

Good stay for a night

Nice property, good room, huge walk-in shower, friendly, helpful desk staff. Close to restaurants and train station, although we didn't know that when we hired a taxi to get to the hotel. The driver was angry that he wouldn't get a good fare. (If he'd told us how to walk here we would have gladly done it and left him to get a better fare, but....)

Got here late and left early, so a short, expensive stay.

great hotel , great gym, the staff was kind and very helpful giving an extra thank to the woman who checked me in, she went the extra mile , to assist and help me to try get my preferred room, to print my paperwork

the water of the bath in my room needs to be checked there was no cold water to mix in turn one side = burn yourself , the other side of the faucet is too hot as well there is no cold side

Our home away from home!

The Capri is our go to hotel in Frankfurt. Spacious rooms, kitchenette, and under ground parking for our bicycles. Great breakfast, varied and delicious. Good coffee. Bright and cheery breakfast room. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We are returning!

Comfortable Stay with family

Great and spacious room, perfect for a family with 2 kids. Very new, equipped with a small kitchenette and a seating area. The location is within walking distance to Messe Hall 3 and Skyline Plaza Mall.

Unfortunately, only after multiple requests were we provided with extra pillows and blankets for the sofa bed, as well as towels. Despite the reservation being for four people, this was explicitly noted in the booking. On the second day, the two extra towels were taken away, leaving us with only two for the four of us.

Perfect option for the "Value for Money"

Everything was perfect. Clean/well decorated/quiet rooms, tasty/good variety breakfast, smiling/helpful staff, next to a big shopping mall where you can find whatever you want, 25 mins walking distance to downtown and 10-15 mins to the main train station. Frankly, It's a perfect option for the "Value for Money".

During the check-in time, I needed to fill out a form for the invoice request, indeed I have already shared it while booking the hotel. So I don't know; if Booking.com didn't share these details with the hotel or hotel staff couldn't find them. On the other hand, it was not a big deal and I can stay in this hotel on my next trip to Frankfurt.
