Clean and neat.
The foldout bed for the kids had big crevices that was really uncomfortable for them to sleep on. I have raised this problem before with the front desk but they have no solution. So just be advised that if you travel with older kids, they will suffer some back pain overnight.
Only other thing missing is the lack of ice makers on every floor hallway. It makes a ton of difference to have easy access to ice cubes without having to go to the bar and ask for ice and be in the awkward position of not knowing whether to tip, which is not a European phenomenon, and also if you need a lot of ice, it appears impossible.

Preisleich absolut fair. Das Personal war auch freundlich.
Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist ausbaufähige. Der Schreibtisch war staubig und hatte weiße Flecken, an den Lampen waren Spinnweben und der Spiegel an der Badezimmertüre sah aus als wäre er schon seit längerem nicht mehr geputzt worden. Das Gebäude wirkt als wäre es früher eine billige Pension gewesen. Die Türen sind dünn und das Hotel ist relativ laut. Die 4 Sterne kann ich nicht ganz nachvollziehen.
