The breakfast selection was good, but it remained unchanged across all three days.

The nearest metro station was quite far away, so taxis were the main way to get to the city center.

Hot in the room, no AC in September

Room was clean and nice soaps and shower supplies available from rituals

It was really warm in the room which made it really difficult to sleep. When we asked about the temperature and ac, the hotel staff told us they turned off the ac in the entire hotel and cannot turn it back on. Even with the window wide open, the room was incredibly warm without ac. Did not really feel like the staff was willing to help us make our stay better.

The room is reasonably large and they have good facilities. Staff are friendly and responsive.

The location of the hotel is a little far from the center. It is easy to have access with Uber and train/bus, though.

Excellent and highly recommended for a family or bachelors if you are visiting Frankfurt,Germany.

Room was more than better what we expected as a family of 4 and very very spacious. they kindly considered that we are a family of 4 and allocated the room accordingly. Breakfast menu was really good for kids and adults both and the staff brought us some omlette as well from the kitchen for the kids (Juliet was the staff name) Reception guys were outstanding and I would really like to call out some names here Philip, Suzan, Mariam and special thanks to Lars who was really helpful and patience with us to plan a day trip. location is good as WestBahnof train station was just 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Room should have atleast 1 mineral water bottle in case.

Good Hotel for short city stays

Good room with plenty of space for a family. Well contacted to Public Transport.

The room was very hot when we arrived and there was no heating system that we could turn off.
