Great value for money for a business trip

location close to the Frankfurt West Station is excellent. The apartment is cozy and well equipped. The price is value for money. The balcony felt like a nice surprise.

Clean, not expensive, close to the station and Rewe, contactless check in and check out, complimentary snacks and drinks. Large bed and lots of pillows 🙂

Fine apartment, may be I was just a bit unlucky

Close to subway, nice district. Nice view from the balcony. Rewe right in front of apartments.

When I checked-in floor in the apartment was very dirty, internet didn’t work. I connected with customer service and the cleaning was on the next day in my apartment. In few hours internet started work, but still very slow and unstable.

Would stay again

Great location for the purposes of our stay. Direct commute anywhere we needed. Clean room, had everything we needed, including necessities for cooking and hygiene products. A pleasant surprise was free minibar and laundry. There is also a nice terrace on the roof! The communication with guests is superb, quick , responsive, efficient .

The building is right next to the train station. The noise isolation is quite good with all the windows closed. However, in summer without ac it is a choice between noise and air. There were also some problems with hot water in the building, but they were dealt with quite efficiently.

I liked the room and the balcony. The staff's responsiveness was quite quick. The room amenities are valuable.

There was a cut in hot water sometimes. The TV programmes are all in German. Despite one the photos depicts an AC, this was not available.

All you need is there

As convenient as it gets in all aspects: area, location, cleanness, room & kitchen facilities, the soft bed, the terrace & balcony, stable wifi, and the most important - the best customer service team I ever met.

Ok low budget option, but not great because of noise and cleanliness

- spacious apartment with all necessities - good train connection - supermarket close by - responsive to complaints

The apartment was not clean, even for a low budget stay. At first glance, everything was fine, but at a closer look you could see that apartment was only cleaned superficially. The bathroom walls hat water stains and others and short hair stuck to it. The wall above the stove was full of oil drops. The bed had black short hair on the blanket on one side. All in all this is not too big of a deal, but still not expected when staying at a hotel. After I complained, they sent someone to have a look the next day, which of course didn’t help because I had used the facilities already. They cleaned the bathroom again, but not the things that were actually dirty

Nicely accessible but can get noisy

Easy checkin and checkout with Whatsapp communication. Parking is easily possible on the street.

The room was not in the upper floors as expected from the photos. Instead we were in the first floor and the trains are pretty loud when you open the windows. They don't operate the entire night, but they start pretty early in the morning.

The excess was easy.

The smell was awful like somebody did smoke in the room. It was cold and the heating was not working. Comfy is something different with a broken floor and no carpet.

Very clean, modern and comfortable room. Kitchen and toilet have everything you need (appliances & toiletries). Easy check-in/out. Lockers available in the building to store luggage.

TV only available in German and unable to use any of the SmartTV (netflix, YouTube, Spotify), kinda ruined the stay as we wanted to relax before our long flight.

We actually liked everything: very comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The communication with the Numa team was very efficient and prompt.

Utilities are brand new, very hospital and just 15-20 minutes by transport to city center. Highly recommend!

Everyting was brand new and perfectly clean. Easy non-contact check-in. Good location - s-bahn and tram 5 min walk. Even though it is next to train station it was very quite! We felt welcomed there, they left for us snacks, a very delicious tea, water, soft drinks and coffee capsukes. It was so nice and right what we needed after the road. There is a very big and good supermarket Rewe - right in front of the building. Thank you so much, we had an excellet stat there!
