The experience was good except for the room temperature which never got to a comforable level

The attitude of the lady at the reception and the lady at Relax bar. The room amenities were good and the bed was comfortable.

When I arrived to potentially leave my baggage before the CheckIn, there was no one at the reception and no place to wait in the lobby until somebody appears. The room was freezing cold. The heating system was non-controllable and weak.

Great experience

We stayed at Mercure Hotel from 28 November 2025 till 1 December 2025. Room was very clean. Quiet area, Personnel were very friendly, especially Mrs. Ismaili, who explained everything with a lot of passion. We will come back to this Hotel for sure

Disappointed with the audacious and unhelpful staff.

The room I was in had been renovated, so that was good, all bit very far away over the other side of the road. The bar as always was a nice atmosphere and the breakfast was varied and plentyfull.

Having stayed numerous times before, I was disappointed by how unhelpful the staff. Firstly, the audacious bar staff ASKING for tips when paying with card. Secondly, the inability of the front desk staff to book a room on the day. A card and telephone number was thrust in my face and I was told to call that number.

There are two buildings and my room was across the street. If I knew I was staying across the street, I’d have booked a different hotel. Very inconvenient to go for breakfast and the gym in the cold at this time of year. I asked to be in the main building and was refused. Staff by checking could have been nicer.

My favourite place for Frankfurt book fair as I can walk to the fair. If the prices stay reasonable

I loved that at breakfast there is always a choice of different kind of milk, which is great for me as I do not drink cow's milk. And a big choice of teas.

It was clean and super close to the Messe, good wifi. In the room were refrigerator, coffee machine with coffee capsules, microwave, electric stove, conditioner, good wardrobe and shower

We had a room with windows to the street with tram. It was a disaster because it is almost 24/7 operating. It was already quite warm (with heating) in the room so we wanted to open windows for the night because conditioner is very loud but when we opened windows it turned out that tram is unbelievable noisy and loud. Bed is small for two people , pillows are not comfortable There is NOTHING except 1 glass and two small cups. No plates, no fork or spoon or knife, nothing. With almost fully equipped kitchen 🤷🏻‍♀️ And the facilities are pretty old

My regular place to stay in Frankfurt for leisure. Great location for business too!

Really like the bar, was sitting there with my friend who lives nearby and is a frequent visitor. Kitchen is tasty, not many places to go out in the entire neighborhood. Liked the room, which is nice. Bed and pillows were really what required for the rest and recharge. Nice place, just 3 minutes walk from Frankfurt West S-bahn and few minutes of walk from 17th tram. This place is connecting the outer districts of Frankfurt with a City Centre.

I actually would recommend this hotel.

Two out of the three rooms we rented were great.

The hotel was great but one of the three room's air conditioning did not work making it very uncomfortable. To be fair we did not request a new room and there is a chance the staff would have just moved us.

Spacious and well-appointed rooms. Location was good, with the tram stop just a short walk away.

The hotel was split in 2 buildings, across each other. Check in and check out was in one building only.

DARKNESS ROOM: THE OLD-STYLE DECORATION NEEDS SOME RENOVATION. LED LIGHTS SHOULD BE USED INSTEAD OF MANY ABAJOURS AND OLD LIGHTS. OF COURSE, IT'S AN ACCOR HOTEL WITH A SPECIAL FRENCH TASTE!!! AC NOT WORKING!

Nice, big room with balcony

The room was very spacy, I don't think I've ever been in a hotel room this big (ignoring apart hotels/holiday homes). It also had a nice balcony. I think I just hit the dynamic pricing jackpot.

Pleasant

The hotel is located in a quiet and clean area, which is a bonus. The breakfast was good

For a 4-star hotel, there are a few things missing. Especially when accommodating people coming to Frankfurt for work, i.e. exhibitions. We did not have any access to iron or ironing boards, except for the utility room which had only one working iron. For some of our staff, the lack of a kettle was also a minus. Having a kettle in the room with some coffee/tea etc is now standard in any European hotel. One of the staff members almost shouted at me when I grabbed some tea to have in my room for later when I get back from work, which was very disappointing.

Convenient location for business trip.

Very accessible to the city centre, the room is really clean. It's close to a supermarket and a public transportation. The hotel is equipped with a room you can iron your clothes, and it was very practical for a business trip.

The staff is almost never at the reception, so sometimes difficult to ask for a help. The bread at breakfast was not very good (compared to the price paid for a breakfast). The room was a little bit dark because it doesn't have a light on the ceiling.

Nice hotel to stay in Frankfurt. Worth the value. Perfect choice for sleep or rest

The location is in the city center. Easy to reach. The REWE supermarkt is just in front of the hotel open from Monday to Saturday 7-22. The S-Bahn station is 5-7 minutes walk. The street train station is very close from hotel. The hotel is clean.

The venue looks like an old hotel from outside. The chair in my room has peeled off cover.
