The staff was very kind, the location was great for my intended purposes (Frankfurt book fair). Very clean room, comfortable, nice. Saem with bathroom, so that is still the most important aspect of course. Pretty pricey for what it is, but I reckon it's not an exception in Frankfurt, close to the fair.

The wifi was absolytely horrible, so I stayed connect through my hotspot on my phone. They should really take this away from the description, as it is misleading. Coffee and tea should also be in the room, not just at the front desk.

Ok for a few days

The location is good, one s-bahn stop to the Main station. Room looks okay, furniture is new. There even was an option to cook something using the stove. Free coffee at the reception is really nice bonus. You can leave your luggage for the whole day after check-out

It was dirty behind the bed, like huge dust. Water from the shower goes out to the floor, even though the shower is closed. Check in 15 and check out 11 is weird.

No elevator in a 5-floor building. 👎🏻 The wifi internet doesn’t works; sometimes not even emails load. (Photos, videos, YouTube, Netflix are impossible with the hotel’s internet.) For a foreign tourist who needs to use mobile internet on their phone… this is terrible! 👎🏻 No room service even after a week, no one offered cleaning. My requests were ignored three times in the same day, so I had to pick up the linens myself at the front desk, change the bedding, dust the room, wipe the floor, and replace the bathroom towels. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 The mattress is very hard and uncomfortable to sleep 👎🏻 In my opinion, this hotel has the potential to be very good, but unfortunately it fails at the most basic and essential services a hotel should provide… (offering cleaning service for guests who are already staying at the hotel, good quality internet, and a comfortable mattress for sleeping).

Excellent place, great value for money.

Great location, close to many shops and restaurants. Easy to get around. I liked the hotel room too, very comfortable and great facilities. I was able to prepare my own food there. The view from the window was also good.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality of service and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. All of the staff members were incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile on their faces. I would especially like to praise Ms. Gül at the reception desk, who went above and beyond to assist me with every question and request I had. Her kindness, professionalism, and patience made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. During my entire time at the hotel, I didn’t encounter a single problem. Everything was perfectly organized. The hotel itself was beautiful, spotlessly clean, spacious, and filled with light. It offered a peaceful and quiet environment, which was perfect for relaxation. Moreover, the location of the hotel was excellent—it was very close to the city center, within easy reach of public transportation, and just a short walk away from supermarkets and a wide variety of restaurants. Thanks to this exceptional experience, I can confidently say that on my next visit to the city, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service.

10 min walk to Frankfurt Messe

The location in relation to the Frankfurt Messe was great. The small stovetop and mini fridge was an added bonus.

When I arrived my windows were open, it was humid outside so the room was stuffy.

Very good option for a few days stand, location is perfect and the room looks really okay and modern.

The location is good, near the Frankfurt Meade and just one stop from Main Train Station. It was quite quiet and I slept with an open window. It was really hot outside but the room has a fan so I just turned it on. Also the kitchen is fully set and ready to use so it’s good.

The shower was bit dirty and it would be really good to have a few tea bags. Because it’s strange that the room has like a fully set kitchen and kettle, but doesn’t have a few tea bags.

Great value for the stay especially single travelers

The location was very convenient, easy to find. The room was very comfortable and comes with a small but functioning kitchen. You have all you need in the room. The check-in was convenient and the friendly staff was around most of the time.

The light was a bit dark, hard to see things without the extra lamp. The location itself was very quiet but the soundproof was poor, I could hear the neighbors walking, using the bathroom, and all the movements… had to wear earplugs for the sleep. In the morning the staff started to clean the other rooms, so it was not easy to sleep until late.

We really enjoyed our stay at BOLD! The space was spotless, modern, and perfectly located — close to everything we needed. The price was fair for the quality, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. It made our experience smooth and comfortable from start to finish. The room was spacious and clean. There was a very good equipped kitchenette. The hotel is fairly close to the main railway station and Frankfurt Messe.

It went better than expected: big room and quite affordable, in addition to being one metro station away from the main train station. Also, the staff was really helpful and friendly.

the hotel is under construction for last 2 years so lot of dust uncooperative staff no internet for 4 days at all , I had to use my personal internet so international charges applied No AC it was hot nd need to keep windows open so lot of mosquitoes in the room

There are many restaurants and market and subwau station near the hotel. I guess that's the only good thing about the hotel I can think of.

So many homelesses around the hotel and they were whistling at us and we did not feel safe. Also our rooms were on the 6th floor but there was no elevator which we never expected.

The location is perfect. Especially if you’re visiting the messe.

They are doing construction work on one of the buildings which caused quite loud noise at certain hours.
