Very disappointing stay — . They increased the price without the customer’s approval.

Only the location was convenient.

The room was not clean, very small, and uncomfortable. The service was poor and the staff were not helpful. There was also too much noise. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

It was not comfortable as expected and we needed to be cautious all the time because of compactness of the room

The room felt too small for three people. It wasn’t very toddler or kid-friendly. the sofa-bed took up nearly the entire space and had sharp edges that were dangerous and needed to be very careful while passing nearby. There was also no cupboard or wardrobe to store belongings, which made it hard to keep things organized.

Most unwelcoming reception of all!

Location and price is very good. Also design and size of the room was very good. Breakfast was decent.

I had one of the worst check-in experience ever. I had to check-in 00:30am next day, I have messaged it to hotel and let them know and got a confirmation. I was in front of hotel at around 00:30am and hotel door was locked, I have ringed the doorbell and receptionist reluctantly opened the door for us. To be clear, I was infront of the door with my 12 year old son and wife, so I was definitely not a threat... He immediately told me that he is not expecting any more guests since he checked-in all the guests and he said that i am probably at the wrong hotel! I told him that I am sure about address and I have a reservation. My wife and son panicked a little bit and we are already very tired since it was late night. Then he said, previous receptionist already checked me in from their system and my room card in the drawers and he handed over it to me. I really didn't understand why he was so reluctant to accept a guest! I have immediately checked booking websites and there were still rooms available for the hotel that night. I could have even reserve a room right there! (just to note my booking was done couple of weeks ago) Room was smelling urine, may be I was too sensitive but it was not from the toilet but either from mattress or carpet! Breakfast buffet area is too tight!

Looked forward to the breakfast every morning :)

Perfect location, parking below the hotel. Room was clean. Breakfast was SUPERB, the scrambled eggs and bacon were beyond excellent, along with everything else. Reception staff spoke perfect english and were extremely helpful.

We had a double room for myself and my two sons (9 &12). We had the sofa bed out meaning there wasn't much room to relax so we had to spend more time out the room. Sofa bed wasn't very level either but to be fair it didn't bother me through the night

A comfortable and clean stay marred only by the lack of in-room refrigeration and limited compliment

The hotel's location was excellent, offering convenient proximity to a nearby mall that hosts a diverse array of restaurants and shops. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was commendable. The staff were exceptionally and helpful

The room lacked a refrigerator, which could have enhanced my stay. Additionally, complimentary drinking water was only provided on the first day, regardless of the length of stay, which was inconvenient for a multi-night visit. Moreover, considering the hotel's proximity to an exhibition center that attracts guests from diverse faith backgrounds, the bathroom facilities did not adequately accommodate the needs of such a varied clientele. It would be beneficial for the hotel to consider these aspects to improve service for all guests.

Tight rooms and unfriendly receptionist

Nice breakfast.

The receptionist was very passive aggressive when we came and she made us feel like we were not welcome there. Furthermore the room itself was not in any case suitable for 3 people. It could barely fit 2 people at best. If you are 3 or more people travelling and you want to share a room, this hotel is not suitable for you, I do not recommend. One extra thing is that the soap dispenser didn't work so we couldn't use the shower gel.

Good Hotel very close to Messe

Breakfast was good, staff in hotel very kind. Hotel very well located, next to the Frankfurt Messe and with restaurants and a mall nearby. Small gym but very convenient and useful.

Great place

The hotel is great! Location is very close to Frankfurt Messe. However, parking is not cheap and seems too small for such a big hotel (although we did not have any problems). Breakfast is great - lots of options to choose from. Room is clean and comfortable. My daughter was a bit upset with very few kids TV channels.

The sink is very high for the kids, it was not very convenient to use for 5 y/o kid.

This was a very unpleasant and quite expensive stay.

Good location, correct breakfast, friendly staff - but that's all the positives I can mention.

Three of us have spent 4 nights in this hotel but never again. - rooms are very small - they are simply not fit for three guests - fan ducts were very dusty - a 140x200 bed and an uncomfortable sofa was terrible for three of us. We ended up buying an inflatable mattress to get some proper rest. - although we payed the accomodation for 3 guests the staff placed two glasses, two coffe cups and two portions of coffee in the room every single day - the staff did not washed our glasses on any day - the room was dirty (quite a lot of dust behind the entrance door) and this did not change during our stay - there were no hooks neither in the room nor in the bathroom at all - it is impossible to hang up anything - no frigde, no minibar in a hotel which was branded as "by Hilton". We could survive without these facilities but it seemed strange - not enough place for the towels in the bathroom - bathroom lights were not IP44 rated (ordinary halogen spots above the shower) - garage is quite narrow and its floor was dirty/oily during our stay - breakfast area is tiny and hence crowded - after you have checked out the elevator will take you down to the garage only if someone else does not want to use them. This is because you must confirm your floor selection with your room key which does not exist after checkout. - the receptionist started to arrange an airport taxi to another guest while I was waiting to finish our checkout procedure and hence she was wasting our time

The breakfast was amazing. I was with my parents and the aspect that they remember the most is the delicious food served. Same as the comfortable beds and amenities.

It's a little bit far from the main airport and train station, but you can get it easy with rideshare applications.

weekend in Frankfurt for an event

Dante was in the reception and he was very friendly and spoke in Spanish to us. Room size was good and main bed was comfy. Breakfast was good in general.

My stay at Hamilton by Hilton in Frankfurt was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel's location, just a 15-minute walk from the train station, made it convenient for exploring the city. While the room was a bit small for three people, it served its purpose adequately.

The only drawback was the couch-bed, which turned out to be less comfortable for the person who slept on it. However, for a short stay of a few nights, it was manageable. We have booked the room for 3 people, it looks a bit small for 3 persons. The menu in breakfast is standard, not good...as the variation bit low. For example, not any dried fruits or a variation of juice in the morning.

Hampton offers an incredible value for the price you pay

Although the room was small for 3 people it was very cozy and very clean. It had absolutly all the accesories we needed (including an iron and ironing board) and considering the breakfast (which was absolutly fantastic) the Hampton has an incredible value. It is on a totally different level if you compare it with anything similar in Berlin. Also... the Wifi speed was just perfect.

No much to complain of, maybe only the location. It is next to the train station (maybe a 10 min walk), but the neighborhood around the train station look schetchy at best... I know about the red light district, but it look bad even considering all that. But next to the hotel it is just fine.
