Very nice!

I liked the space and artistic feel of the place! It is fancy.

The design of the washroom is quite particular and random. The sink is outside. No coffee machine. The bed is not very comfortable.

Great staff, seamless check-in, great pillows, fantastic water pressure and the room service was delicious. Highly recommended for all these reasons, plus the location next to mall that has everything you’d need within a 1-2 minute walk.

Good breakfast meal choices

There was a little pungent smell coming from below the sink that made the room smell a bit. But other than that, everything else was amazing and beyond expectation. Absolutely enjoyed the stay!

Excellent hotel.

If you ever visit Frankfurt you should stay in the nHow hotel once for the experience. the sky bar at night is a sight to behold. Overall a wonderful time was had.

It was in the city but not too in the city. The hotel is very nice, was only one night but anytime I’m in town will use this hotel first.

Wi-Fi did not work…… parking is available but they don’t ask you h til you check out and then you find out after you have parked elsewhere.

Really cool hotel

Great hotel, very modern and clean, equipped with everything we needed. Good location not too far into the city centre but in a quieter/business area with a few shops and restaurants around. Loved the rooftop bar and breakfast was a fantastic selection of high quality produce.

Second stay, just as wonderful as first! 110% recommend.

The breakfast is outstanding. If you can't get happy there, you can't get happy period. Great selection, all fresh and stocked, attentive staff. The VIP lounge is also outstanding. The bed was falling into a cloud comfortable. Everything was very clean. Rooftop bar is fabulous. This is our second stay and we will come back.

First the receptionist a very nice welcome is really important and the lovely lady she knows how to do it sorry that I don't remember your name but really thank you for your professionalism you make me feel like home. The hotel provide a really huge buffet for breakfast and they provide many delicacies for people with special diets plus real fresh orange juice and plus an omelet station that you can order by your will . Very good room service menu options and really good tasty food. And the housekeeping the 2 boys that they are cleaning the rooms in my floor excellent!!!thank you everyone . I will see you soon.

stayed Friday until Monday

loves everything about the hotel except for 1 thing. if i could've stole the pillows I would've 🤣. The staff where amazing the hotel room was amazing

could not get the A/C to work couldn't get the room warm though the radiator in the bathroom was on so at least it was toasty in there. Was told there was no maintenance on site at the weekend which was when we stayed. But all this aside I would stay again had a fantastic stay.

Expensive. It’s Hard to Get My Deposit Back. Even I can’t ask using Cash. Why Took so Long to Refund my Deposit? €100 is Big Amount. You should Take It Back Using Cash or Deposit is Just Make Event more Complicated

Convenient for public transport and amenities

Steps away from public transport and short walk to main train station. Next to shopping mall with variety of restaurants and shops. Hotel is in tall building with good city view and rooftop bar provide even better all round view and relaxation. Breakfast with good quality and healthy options. Housekeeping and front counters staffs are friendly and helpful.

The room and the view was spectacular. Location was perfect for our stay. Staff at the reception was very friendly.

Good choice for less walking to the fair

Amazing location next to the exhibition and the skyline plaza mall and very nice breakfast. Rooms very ambient. Added feature a robot that brings you amenities if needed!!!

Staff certainly needs to be more polite( I called for room service and because the front desk could not understand what I was saying she laughed)and be able to speak English more efficiently.

It’s good, but it’s trying a bit hard to be cool. There are better options!

The rooms are big, it was definitely clean and tidy, breakfast was great and the staff were friendly.

I requested a double bed and was given two single beds, on wheels pushed together, each with a single mattress. No this is NOT the same thing. There is a sky bar as advertised but it didn’t seem there was any privileged access for guest: you have to queue just so everyone else, so not really worth having 🤣 The tv has no smart connection, so no you can’t watch your own Netflix or YouTube, and the non Germany channels are limited to news channels. The decor is quite jarring, loud pink and green and whilst the rooms are big they seem a bit dated now and the hotel is trying a bit too hard to be a cool brand, but not really keeping up.

Highly recommended!

The room was clean, very spacious and characterful. It was all very comfortable and thoughtfully designed. Enjoyed the night time lighting option in the toilet, little closed nook for hot drinks, big screen tv, nice comfortable bed and study desk. Easy walking distance to the metro station nearby, and helpful staff.

Although appears very popular and has a nice view of the city, I'd be inclined to skip the bar upstairs. We tried a couple of cocktails and they were highly watered down. Perhaps stick to beer if you want to visit for the ambience?

Terrible! Never had a worse experience in a hotel.

Absolutely nothing except the location.

Many things - 1). The staff were extremely rude. When we asked them for any assistance, they just seemed uninterested or seemed like they were doing us a favor by doing their job. We even saw them abusing another customer when they walked away from them. We couldn’t believe what we were seeing. 2). The bathroom windows facing the room the room are fully see-through with no privacy screen. The shower and the toilet area both! I have never seen a hotel with transparent glass infront of the toilet, making it impossible for anyone to walk around the room if someone is using the bathroom. 3). When we checked out, I accidentally left my AirPods in the room. I called and emailed the hotel repeatedly (20 mins after checkout) and got no answer from them. 2 days later we received an email saying “we’ll check and let you know” and in the mean time, the location for the AirPods have been turned off. Since, we have emailed them 3-4 times more and got no response. We stayed in the VIP suite and were treated like this. We have also spoken to other people, and they’ve had similar experiences. I wonder if the good reviews for this hotel are fake? I highly recommend choosing the Marriott if you want to be in the area - it is 2 mins away. Safe travels.

location. bar at top was cool.

ordered room service for dinner, it never arrived. when i called to ask where my food was, Mr Kaiser (night manger, he informed me) said my food was not coming as the kitchen was closed. i corrected him and said, “no, i ordered earlier an i still waiting”. he replied, rudely, he didn’t see it and tried to end the call. i asked him, hope is that possible when i put my order in with the staff at front desk (gent with a beard, black hair). instead of trying to find out how this happened, find a solution to the problem or even say sorry, he just put the phone down on me. i went down to the desk to explain b the situation and still he offered no sympathy or any effort to provide service. so there i am - paying an expensive bill for a short stay, hungry and exasperated. the entire hotel chain is persona non grata to me unless i get an apology.

Modern, cool design concept, great central location

-very friendly and helpful staff -VIP lounge was a great feature, we enjoyed being able to grab snacks whenever we wanted and have constant access to coffee and drinks. -the room was very modern, clean and comfortable -excellent location, only 1 stop from the main station and walking distance from most things there are to see in Frankfurt!

-since we stayed Saturday-Monday, it would have been nice if the rooftop bar was also open on Sundays since it is extremely crowded on Friday/Saturday and as a guest, we would have loved to been able to get a space there too when it’s more quiet
