Nice hotel to stay

The room was neaty and clean. Everything new and designed in my favorite colors. Breakfast was tasty. Location was close to exhibition hole and there was a mall nearby. The location looked normal.

There was no kittle in the room. There were no hot dishes like becon and scrumbled eggs on the breakfast. I guess that the hotel is really nice and naming it as Motel sounds strange as it looks and feels like a hotel not a motel.

Comfortable place to stay while on the business trip

Motel One Frankfurt Messe is located near the Congress Center Messe Frankfurt, just a walking (10 mins) distance from the Main Train Station. Next to the Motel One there is also a huge shopping mall which make life outside of "working stuff" quite easy. Room was clean and comfortable. I liked the fact that it was possible to open window to get some fresh air (I'm not in the AC fanclub). The breakfast option was nice - mainly cold plate but plenty to choose from and quite delicious bread. Friendly and helpful Staff.

Noisy, but with all essentials and modernity

Impossible to sleep - a lot of noise from within the hotel corridors, people coming late and getting up early are heard.

Good stay apart from the mishap of a construction site in the lobby

For a 3 star the hotel and chain are very elegant and contemporary. I have stayed in other Motel One hotels and always feel comfortable with my stay.

This location unfortunately had renovations in the lobby area that was not communicated. Additionally the workmen were very inconsiderate that their worksite was in the middle of a working hotel with guests. Leaving items in the minimal walkways and obstructing doorway exits. Zero signage and no acknowledgment or apology from the hotel staff. Disappointing as my previous stays at Motel One hotels have always been positive.

Very clean but room was on the basic side. Location while safe might not be to everyone's taste.

Exceptionally clean throughout and friendly staff. Shower was a decent size and worked well. Room seemed well insulated from outside sound. Immediate area around the hotel felt safe unlike those around the Bahnhof/Train Station. Medium sized shopping centre directly across the road with a decent selection of food establishments.

Room was very basic, not the type of room that I'd wish to stay in for more than 3 nights or so but sufficient for a night or two. Maybe the upgraded rooms are better.....or so I hope! Location is in a newly developed area and appears to be more ideal for business travellers but wasn't my really my vibe. I also found it a bit stingy that there was a double bed in the room but with a single size duvet. Fine for just myself obviously but still found it odd as it was the first I've seen do this.

Good selection at breakfast and great there’s separate stations so the main area doesn’t get too busy. Comfortable, clean rooms. Close of Messe Frankfurt.

There were a lack of irons and ironing boards despite being a hotel near a business venue. The check in queue was long and when I was served the member of staff wasn’t friendly or accommodating.

Nice for short stays

The room was good and clean. The location is perfect for expo center and business trips and it was close to the old town.

There was no coffee machine, minibar or closet. The room was too empty for long stays.

Best place to stay in Frankfurt. Period!!

Fantastic choice of stay in Frankfurt in a top-notch location. The hotel itself is quite stunning and amongst the best Motel One properties that i have stayed in. The staff is simply outstanding which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The coffee shop and bar are well stacked which makes it an ideal place to spend the evening with friends. Highly recommended.

Exceptional

I just love this Hotel. It was my second stay there. Centrally located, friendly and helpful staff, easy to reach, large and nicely furnished rooms. Love the colors, as well as the entire layout of the hotel. Arrival and stay were uncomplicated. My car found a place in the parking garage downstairs. Thank you!

Superb

Nice location only 10 mins walk from Frankfurt Central Train Station, and 1 min walk from the shopping mall. Excellent breakfast and staff, even if I broke up a cup they did not blame me but just smile:). Only issues are WiFi not very stable and chairs in restaurant are too tall

Just what's needed for work related travel

The room was clean, and the location was nice (right across the street there's a big mall, the neighborhood seemed safe).

Breakfast was a bit small compared to other Motel One hotels. I booked a room with a king size bed, but it was a regular one.

A nice, comfortable hotel, right next to the Frankfurt Messe

A simple, small, but really nice room. Great, comfortable bed. The staff was efficient, check-in and out were quick. It was perfect for attending an event at the Messe.

The room was a bit of a sauna, even with the thermostat turned down.
