Beautiful quiet place to stay. Easy access to the city of Frankfurt.

The hotel was in a location that was easy to walk into central city, or transport was accessible. The area was very quiet and the area was beautiful, with tree lined streets, and beautiful buildings. The staff and the breakfast were superb.

Good for a Frankfurt stop over.

Wonderful location in a quiet and leafy neighborhood but easy to walk to many parts of the city. The staff were all polite and positive and our room was clean, comfortable bed but "cozy".

Our room was on the 4th floor but the tight fitting elevator stopped at the 3rd floor.... so lugging luggage up to the room was possible but could be challenging if you had to carry a heavy load.

Couldn’t fault a thing!

Wow Hotel Beethoven! From the minute we pulled into the carpark the staff could not do enough for us. We came with my father who was struggling with mobility and despite having booked the top floor suite that was up a small flight of stairs (after the lift), the team had proactively set up another lovely suite that was wheelchair accessible should he have had trouble with the stairs. Unbelievably good customer service. The Beethoven suite itself was just beautiful, fantastic views over the city (have included a photo of the view) from the huge personal terrace. The room was immaculate, as was the whole hotel and you can see great care has been taken in having quality decor and comfortable and clean ambience. We felt right at home. The breakfast was also lovely, the neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful, with a very short walk to the city centre. I really cannot stress enough how much the staff were happy to help and accommodate requests. We’d had a very long and stressful drive from the UK to Germany for chemo treatment and did have additional needs and this stay really helped us to relax and be comfortable for the one night we had before driving back to the UK. We will definitely stay again! Couldn’t fault a thing, you can see and feel great pride is taken in running a wonderful hotel and exceeding expectations.

A favorite place to stay in Germany!

Love the location. It was quiet and convenient. We also really enjoyed the comfortable sitting area in our room. This was our third time at the hotel and still one of our favorite places. Really enjoy the breakfast selection and the room.

It would be nice to have an espresso machine in the breakfast room.

Quite room, nice location, freindly staff

Staff was kind and accommodating. Breakfast was nice, with many different varieties. Breakfast staff very accommodating to requests and remembered our orders. The terrace overlooking the back courtyard was relaxing, even in the rain with the awning. Room was plenty large for all four of us. Nice quite area, close to public transportation (bus or train), and only a few stops for most tourist activities. Lift was pleasant in such a building. Shower had plenty of pressure.

Description on booking.com mentioned laundry services in description. Their isnt an on-site laundry facility. If you have a few garments, they will try to accommodate, otherwise, there are cleaners nearby, not a big deal, just misleading. While the room was amazing, unfortunately the air-conditioner couldn't keep up and it was hot and muggy in the room for our 5 night stay. Their are very effective blackout blinds that helped keep the heat of the day out. Staff was kind to help manage, but the room was humid which made sleeping difficult, understand this isnt the norm, reception area and other rooms were cool, and dry.

A gem of a hotel in a large city

After an extensive day of traveling, this hotel was a wonderful place of peace to land at. The staff were so accommodating and understanding and a great introduction to Germany. As others have mentioned - the location is ideal for getting to public transport, the botanical garden, cafes and other restaurants. We had two rooms and both were very spacious and the shower had amazing pressure and heat. So glad we decided to stay here on our short layover!

Exceptional

This hotel is a gem. It is located in Westend, a pleasant, leafy area in the west of Frankfurt, within walking distance of the Senckenberg Museum and the Botanic Garden. The hotel was all we could wish for: a bright, comfortable room, friendly staff and a superb location.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunfte für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Frankfurt.

Ruhige Lage, dennoch zentral. Mit der Bahn 15 min in die Altstadt, man kann jedoch auch einen Spaziergang dorthin machen. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
